We had not done any previous work on Google Ads and ROI MINDS has been able to scale campaigns profitably from the start. In a changing environment like media buying this achievement is very remarkable. We have achieved an average ROAS of 7X

I'm the digital marketing specialist of a perfume company based in the UAE. We’ve operated for almost 40 years, and we’re a family business. We started our e-commerce platform in early 2020.

Soon after launching our e-commerce platform, we started looking for an advertising agency that could help us with our efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ROI Minds was initially handling our Google Ads account solely, now they’re also handling Facebook Ads. We gave them access to our accounts. We weren’t running any Google advertising prior to working with ROI Minds, which I think gave them an advantage, in that they had a blank sheet to start with.

Our requirements were very straightforward, we wanted to increase e-commerce sales. They took some time to understand the business and the type of customer we were looking to find, followed by identifying and setting up keywords.

ROI Minds also did some work to set up the Google advertising platform. We started with Google search, after which we added visual and dynamic ads, followed by Google Shopping. They’re currently responsible for 3–4 advertising channels inside of Google Ads. We provide the content to them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ROI Minds has provided everything they promised, and they’re very attentive. I’m really happy with their performance so far. Our Google Ads account has a high score with regard to the quality of the advertising campaigns we’re running.

Our company is part of a special program called “Grow with Google”. Part of the onboarding for that program was to understand how we approached advertising, whether it was with Google or another platform.

I was in contact with Google and gave them a brief on the advertising agency we were working with, along with access to our account. The person I was in contact with told me that ROI Minds was doing a really good job with regard to maintaining Google's best practices and not breaking any rules.

We evaluate our performance as a company on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, with regard to digital advertising and increasing e-commerce sales. We do that by determining how much we’ve spent in a particular period of time and what the return on investment for that ad spend was on every single platform we’re involved with. So far, the ROI has been quite good.

How did ROI Minds perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a call every two weeks to discuss future plans and give feedback on their performance. The communication is top-notch. We have a WhatsApp group for both our teams and they’re in touch with me whenever there’s something important that needs to be discussed.

They share reports with us via email on a weekly basis, which include our spend and details on the running campaigns. They mention every accomplished activity during the past week, along with their plans for the next one.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part for us was finding an agency that can provide results at a relatively low cost, and this is why we decided to look for one overseas. There are many advertising agencies in Dubai, but their costs are really high. I’ve worked with some of them in the past, and the results are okay at best and don’t match those costs.

No, I can’t think of anything. ROI Minds is doing great for our company and needs.

But firstly which was extremely helpful to me they did a free Google Ads Account Audit Report which was an eye opener for me as I really was just plodding my way through Google Ads and really had no idea what I was doing. After I received the Audit I decided to hire them. The audit included what was wrong and what they would do for me which was fantastic as I could see it clearly when they set it up this way.

They were fantastic, I am a person who likes to know why something has been done and so I emailed them with questions all the time and they were more than happy to answer them so I understood. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our revenue increased extensively and we had many more visitors to our website daily than before. I was only with them two months (this was for personal reasons and nothing whatsoever to do with ROI minds.) However in that two months they did so much work on my account, sorting everything out the correct way. I will definitely be going back to them once my situation changes.

Really fantastic, they answered any questions almost immediately and I felt looked after as a client. The Reports were received on time.

They are very enthusiastic with my account and I did not feel that I was just a number to them. Great work; they are very reliable. If they say they are going to do something, they do. Cannot recommend them enough.

My only suggestion is that when they do any new campaigns they could ask if I want to make any changes or suggestions before they go live. But this is very minor matter

ROI Minds started with three or four of our locations. Now, they’re managing around 25. Any time I haven’t been satisfied; they get right to work on it. For example, I noticed some campaigns weren’t performing well. When I asked questions, their team had a detailed review with us where they outlined what needed to be fixed. Their team works with a lot of clients but takes the time and energy to deliver consistent value to us every day.

How did ROI Minds perform from a project management standpoint?

I interact with the project manager, who delegates the work. From that standpoint, it works well, and it’s easier for me to manage the distribution of work. I receive status reports weekly. If there are any changes or updates, I’ll email them, and if we need to have a call, we can quickly jump on one.

ROI Minds cares about the quality and effort they’re putting in. They are willing to try out new things. For ROI Minds, they’ve proven themselves with the results time and time again. When they took over our accounts, I could quickly see the difference with them compared to other vendors. Their prices are also reasonable.

No, they take care of business. The team at ROI Minds is responsive and respectful. We can send any changes to them, and they’ll respond quickly. If their team doesn’t think it’s the right approach, they provide their own well-thought-out reasoning.

Make sure you stay on top of the work. A weekly call to monitor performance and touch base would be a good idea.
