Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the vice-president of Tech Pomaga Charity. We're running projects to bring technology and unprivileged social groups closer. In order to reach a targeted audience, we need to build a strong brand and visual identity.

We hired Roduq company to design our logo and graphics and build a strategy and design content for social media and our website.

What were your goals for this project?

We aimed to build a strong brand and increase our visibility in social media in order to facilitate fundraising strategies and reach both those in need and those willing to share.

How did you select Roduq?

We wanted a company that would provide complex support starting from web design to marketing and graphics. We chose Roduq because of the flawless communication with them, as we wanted to build a long-term B2B cooperation. Also, their portfolio was impressive and very diverse. We needed someone who would be flexible enough to switch between styles depending on the type of project we're running.

We started by presenting our scope of activities and the type of projects we specialize in, our mission, and goals. We've been presented with Roduq's portfolio, sample graphics, and statistics of previous marketing projects they worked on. Based on that we agreed on the details, they explained the basic rules of running professional social media profiles, SEO, and key aspects on building visual identity.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with their webmaster, graphic designer, and marketing specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to their services, we managed to increase our organic reach from 600 to 20K on one post, Facebook page likes to 150 likes and Facebook page reaches up to 30K in 28 days.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team I was working with was very friendly and patient with all the change requests I had. They were truly interested in providing us with a personalized and long-term marketing strategy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with their approach and how open they were to share their knowledge so that we're not left with no tools after our contract is done. I really appreciate how fast they were reacting to our queries.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would collect all their projects and build a website-based portfolio to show their style, concepts, and solutions.

I’m the CEO of Sand Scoop. We are an online business that makes and sells stainless steel metal scoops for metal detection.

What challenge were you trying to address with Roduq?

Our old website didn’t process payments or handle client emails well. We needed a reliable site for clients and internal users.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Roduq developed an e-commerce website with a user-friendly administration panel. After they completed the project, they gave me two weeks to make any changes that I requested at no extra charge.

I worked with two people from their team.

How did you come to work with Roduq?

My friend recommended them to me. He had hired them to develop a website and was very pleased with their work. I contacted them and asked if they could create a website for me. They responded quickly; additionally, their services were more cost-effective than hiring an Australian company.

We spent less than $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project was from May–June 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I no longer have issues with credit card payments or client emails. Everyone finds the website much easier to navigate.

How did Roduq perform from a project management standpoint?

Roduq was really good. We were in contact on a daily basis. They said it would take two weeks to build the website, but because of delays on my side, the project took around four weeks. They pursued me for information, rather than me having to pursue them.

They kept me updated on the progress and what still had to be done. They didn’t need any direction. They came with their own ideas for the new layout and even added extra photos that I didn’t supply them with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The rate at which they completed the project and their costs were impressive. Also, despite the time difference between Australia and Poland, they maintained quick response times.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so; everything was smooth. I’d had poor experiences working with other developers who were busy with other projects and didn’t communicate well. I was impressed with Roduq.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have everything ready and prepared, because the Roduq team works fast. If you deliver all of the information straight away, they will develop the website very quickly. I wasn’t prepared for that type of speed, so I gave them the information late. They are a good, inexpensive team.

I am boss on my own. I owe a sound design studio, work as sound recordist on movies sets.

Among all the providers, Roduq seemed as a company with fresh and modern ideas. Moreover the aesthetics of their websites look unique.

Website is set on WordPress backend, frontend on Elementor. Logotype was designed in Ilustrator (Adobe).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes. My studio gained much more projects since cooperation with Roduq.

Very professional management style. Their service is avaliable all the time since than. Easy communication via Microsoft Teams. They have an understandable workflow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their new, unique ideas and original style are impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Of course but in my opinion Roduq is perfect example of improvements for other companies.
