• Module for payment message parsing allowed automation and saved considerable work within our organization
• Modernized codebase with React allows us to accellerate our further development efforts
• New Monorepo structure allows for easy code-reuse across the organization.
• New features in the customer facing portal were greatly appreciated by our customers.
• Implemented solutions allow us to migrate away from our prior legacy software by external supplier, and made it possible to further automate and develop completely new features areas not possible with the legacy software.

We did not use project management services by Rocksoft, but individual developers from Rocksoft working with our project managers.

Since we started working with Rocksoft, we were able to deliver key features in a much faster pace, which in turn resulted in a higher subscriber rate.

Project management is mostly on our side. through weekly meetings and communication through jira tickets /confluence pages and pull requests.

Worked with Rocksoft on various ecommerce software developement tasks and projects around a larger European ecommerce retailer. Rocksoft provided a scrum manager, and 3 developers (front end ux, back end). Rocksoft operated as a very close team connected to our company and we met every morning for dailies.

Successfull launch of several improvements and larger on roll of bigger projects with ecommerce.

Rocksoft was very focused on delivering value and constantly improved their internal processes, as well as educated also us as a customer on methods to improve the daily communication with the developer team.

In the early days we lost some knowledge. This area was improved as their team grew and they would have knowledge overlap to cover during sickness and holidays.
