The work required has been huge in order to create an online financing platform, allowing different types of accounts, pages, and a multitude of interactions between users. The platform has also been made available as an application (android & IOS)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Throughout development, goals were phased and developed according to planning. As the stages were completed, tests were put in place and verifications were jointly carried out. Throughout the process, the work of Rockers Technology developers was visible and accessible. 

Numerous discussions took place, regarding the results, modifications or possible problems encountered. And all issues were resolved throughout the process. It was clearly very pleasant to see that despite the difficulties (technical and legal), the solutions were found and implemented.

The project management was impeccably carried out. Two managers (Dhrumil & Dishank) succeeded each other throughout the development and their advice and availability, as well as their management, were impeccable. It should also be added that with their knowledge and understanding of our needs, they advised us in the most fair way and enabled us to achieve our goals in ways we could never have thought of. 

About the developers, they were incredibly efficient and responsive. At all times, the progress of their work was known and clear. The progress of the work was visible and always excellent. If there was a question or problem, they were extremely prompt and professional in their responses and solutions.

All the services provided impressed us. The quality of the work, the discussions and proposals for suitable solutions, the responsiveness in the exchanges. But especially, understanding our needs. Given the specificity of our project, the fact that our project was perfectly clear to Rockers Technology made our collaboration infinitely more valuable.

Honestly, we don't have any topics that we could report here. In all areas, we had the pleasure of working with these highly qualified professionals and we continue to collaborate with them to this day.

We hired Rockers to assist us with setting up the GoGetta Platform. To ensure that it was a seamless process for all users to undertake, being the businesses that would register to raise capital, and the investors that would register to make investments into the GoGetta Platform.

We chose Rockers as they had concluded several similar projects. Further their business had the best product from a backend, administration perspective, and they were always willing to go the extra mile to understand and find suitable solutions for our various requests

We had various meetings to understand our requirements and their capabilities to achieve our requirements. Once we had the product developed, we spent time perfecting it, to ensure user satisfaction and ease of use.

We dealt with a project manger from Rockers at all times. We further dealt with one or two of the development team in our meetings. They were all very helpful.

We currently are in pilot phase, before launching, and we are happy with the product. The Platform is incredible. We look forward to launching to the public (crowd) in order to see further uptake.

We had daily meetings with the team to discuss all items required from our side or theirs that needed tweaking and/or solution

They understand the language, Wordpress, and are always eager to find solutions to any queries that we had. They are a solutions-driven company, and we will definitely work with them again.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We did find a few bugs, but these were fixed by Rockers as soon as possible. They are very efficient and thorough.

I'm the owner and director of an online event ticketing platform based in London, UK.

We hired Rockers Technology to create from scratch our ticketing platform to capture events in France and the UK, and ultimately all Western Europe. The goals were to develop the website as per our requirements, design it and go live in under 3 months.

We posted our project online and vendors started biding to work on it. We selected Rockers Technology based on their track records of successful launch of ticketing websites in the US, and their all round competencies to cover all our needs from development to design and delivery.

We had an introduction meeting to discuss what our requirements were in details. After that, they delivered a demo website to show us the capabilities of their technologies and the different functionalities that could be implemented. First step was to create the base website in OpenSource, then redesign it and implement third parties' functionalities to allow payments. Below are the technologies used: Bootstrap & jQuery PHP Codeigniter Framework MySQL We then agreed to a timeline of 12 weeks to deliver.

A project manager was our main point of contact. They also had 2 full stack developers and 2 designers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website, we received extremely positive feedback from our clients in terms of design, overall speed and responsiveness of the website, which was exactly what we needed.

We had daily stand ups at the end of their day (13.00 UK time) to give me a full update on the work done throughout the day and the tasks remaining. Google Meet has been the preferred communication tool but we also use a Whatsapp group for quick updates.

Their adaptability and willingness to find the best solution possible to make things happen are impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were minor bugs when we first launched that needed some adjustments. Maybe a more thorough testing phase could have helped avoid those.

As soon as the first concept was developed, the rockers team jumped on board to provide full-time assistance and support for our project as it progressed.

We decided to continue working with Rockers because they have varying amounts of managerial support. In order to get the best results, we needed a combination of coding expertise and managerial knowledge, rather than a one-off solution.

The many levels of support and what to do if there are any problems along the way. The Rockers team has continuously supported us in resolving all of our problems and roadblocks.

I'm very satisfied with the rockers' team and I don't see any clear areas for improvement.

Aside from technical help, we like how they have been patient with our questions, and their effort to provide solution to our concerns. That human side of their team won our trust.

1st, we had many meetings/conferences to discuss our concern and what we wanted. 2nd, they listened to what we wanted, and walked through with us a demo and allowing us to play with the demo on our own so we know what we might be getting. 3rd, then the project started, and communication in between has been flowing and things were checked, adjusted, and fixed.

Rockers Technology's technical sales personnel and manager were very responsive, their engineering and QA team also followed up with our concern during the initial phase was wonderful.

This is still an ongoing and approaching our final testing from our side. But we are almost there, as we progress.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team is on top of everything whenever we have question. The turnaround time is usually right away during their workday hours. In several occasion, we contacted them over their weekend, and still received their response, which I felt bad about, but really appreciated their dedication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

1. Communication - very responsive and focus oriented. They are flexible and willing to go above and beyond.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I couldn't think of any at this rate of work since we are happy with this team. The key holder of this effective work has to go with the sales engineer whom we have established a working relationship from the very beginning. The front personnel is the key to our choice.
