Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-owner of Wavi LLC, a nutritional supplement company that sells supplements to increase brain focus and clarity. Our target market is professional athletes, since our products are NSF certified, and everyday individuals who need help with their brain activity.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rock Salt Marketing Cooperative?

We needed marketing support. We were previously with another marketing firm that wasn’t meeting the mark for us. We wanted to find a marketing group located in Utah, where our business is. Moreover, we were prepping for our first trade conference and had a lot of activities to get ready for it in a short period of time. We were looking for a group that could help us prepare for that and get our business going on the advertising and marketing side.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We were looking for a complete website redesign and a group to help us get marketing materials for our conference, such as backdrops and brochures. Rock Salt Marketing Cooperative has provided those materials. They've also helped us with where to place our logo on our website and marketing materials.

When we first talked with them, it was about four weeks before our conference, so we had very little time. However, they were able to redesign our entire website and launch it just before the conference. They also got us backdrops and other design materials for the conference.

They looked at our previous website, which we didn't like at all. It was very basic, so they used only our logo on the new website. They have been able to modernize our design and show our company and product in a light that matches our target market.

The team has also developed the website for our subscription services and reviews. They've integrated Google Analytics and Google Ads and helped us with Google Ads and other marketing ideas. We previously did social media marketing ourselves, and they've given us ideas, but we've maintained the social media side of it.

What is the team composition?

We have interacted with four primary people. One was the initial sales representative. We have also been involved with an advertising specialist named Scott, the primary website designer, Kirk, and one of the owners, Ridge, who was involved in the design aspects, overall strategy, and project management.

How did you come to work with Rock Salt Marketing Cooperative?

I found them on SEMrush and Google. I wanted to verify the SEMrush recommendation, so I did Google searches as well. I filled out their contact page, and I got a phone call from one of Rock Salt Marketing Cooperative's representatives the same day. We had a brief conversation and asked for a quote for some services, which they provided the next day. It was a quick turnaround.

Then, we reviewed the proposal and had another conversation with some clarifying questions. We then signed the engagement letter.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2025, our first conference was in August 2025, and the engagement is ongoing. We have a regular spend with them, and we have other projects in motion and advertising campaigns.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The first measure of success was getting us ready for the conference, and Rock Salt Marketing Cooperative delivered the website and marketing materials for the conference. Our happiness with the design and delivery also checked out great.

Going forward, we’ll measure them on our click-through rates and the success of the ad campaigns. We launched the website eight days ago, so we’re very early in the metrics gathering. We’ve had a dramatic increase in our traffic, but we were starting from almost nothing. We had a lot of traffic as a result of the conference, which is a result of the work they’ve done.

How did Rock Salt Marketing Cooperative perform from a project management standpoint?

They constantly meet their deadlines and stay on budget. They deliver early. We communicate via email, Google Meet, and phone calls. We have regular virtual meetings to make sure all the deliverables are on track, and email and call in between.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rock Salt Marketing Cooperative is engaged and responsive. They’re very personable and deliver quickly. They know what they’re talking about. I was comfortable with them as soon as we had our first couple of conversations — I knew they could deliver. Compared to our previous service provider, it has been a night and day experience.

They've brought fresh perspectives and domain expertise and have really helped us through the process. We’re new business owners, so we didn’t understand many of the marketing and SEO environments. I appreciate their expertise, especially their help getting our conference in motion. Overall, we're very happy with Rock Salt Marketing Cooperative's expertise, engagement levels, and interaction style.
