What was the scope of their involvement?

RigRex designed and developed a custom internal web app tailored to our operational workflows and startup client management needs. The project included planning, UI/UX design, backend architecture, database integration, automation systems, and deployment support. The platform centralized several previously manual processes into one streamlined system.Key features included a secure web-based dashboard for internal team operations, workflow automation tools that now automate approximately 40% of our company's workload, client and project management modules for tracking startup engagements, tasks, and deliverables, automated lead intake and data organization features, reporting and analytics dashboards for monitoring performance and operational metrics, user authentication, permissions, and role-based access controls, and cloud deployment and ongoing technical support/maintenance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The most measurable outcome was the successful automation of approximately 40% of our company's operational workload through the custom web app RigRex developed for us. Tasks that were previously handled manually became centralized and automated, which significantly improved efficiency, reduced administrative overhead, and saved time across our team.We also experienced faster internal workflows and project turnaround times, improved organization and tracking of startup client projects and leads, reduced manual data entry and fewer operational errors, better visibility into business operations through reporting dashboards and centralized data, and increased productivity across our team due to streamlined processes and automation. How did RigRex perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered the main web app on time and handled revisions efficiently after launch. Their team was organized, communicative, and proactive in flagging potential issues before they became blockers. Overall, the project stayed on track, and their delivery process gave us confidence throughout the engagement.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive part was RigRex's ability to understand our operational pain points and turn them into a practical, scalable web app. They didn't just build features exactly as requested; they helped refine the workflows and suggested automation opportunities we hadn't fully considered. What stood out most was their combination of technical execution and business understanding. They were able to translate our internal processes into a clean dashboard, automated workflows, and reporting tools that actually fit how our team works day to day.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, there was very little they could have done differently. The project was managed well, delivered on time, and the final platform met our expectations. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be providing even more detailed technical documentation and onboarding material after launch. Their team did explain the system clearly, but a more formal handover package would have made it easier for new internal team members to learn the platform faster.That said, this was a minor point and didn't negatively affect the success of the project. Their responsiveness and ongoing support helped cover any questions we had after implementation.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

RigRex's communication, responsiveness, and ability to translate business requirements into functional software were major strengths throughout the project.
