The Right Way always met deadlines. Communication was quite good; we used emails and Google Meet. Overall, they were quite friendly with our team members. They worked with everyone. They gave respect where due. They worked like they were part of our team.

• Scope:

Their team took full ownership of the end-to-end integration of a cloud-based HRIS, designed specifically to our organization’s size, structure, and commercial real estate workflows. This included everything from initial assessment, systems mapping, and vendor selection, to full implementation, user training, and post-launch support. The platform now supports employee records management, time tracking, leave management, KPI dashboards, and a self-service portal for both HR and staff.

• Team:

We were assigned a dedicated account lead, a systems architect, an integration engineer, and a training specialist. What stood out was how approachable and communicative everyone was. They felt like an extension of our team rather than an external vendor.

• Timeline:

The project ran for roughly 16 weeks, with weekly reports. We had soft rollouts at the end of each milestone, allowing us to provide feedback before the final deployment. Despite some unexpected internal delays on our end, The right Way team remained adaptive and supportive throughout.

• Cost:

While this was a significant investment, especially given our expansion priorities, the cost was well-justified. What we appreciated most was the transparency, there were no hidden fees, and any adjustments to scope were always discussed upfront.
