By talking about our needs and vision,Right Tail  started the process. With this information, they built a reliable communication mechanism that was included into our proprietary code base. Future feature improvements were made possible by their use of TypeScript and React.js. Additionally, they recommended that we carry out on-site UX testing with our staff.

The recent input highlights the significant improvement in design brought about by user testing, however tangible results are still to come. I wouldn't have discovered this realization as quickly working alone or with freelancers, but this technique has given me concrete insights on design faults.

I must highlight that Right Tail  has outperformed all the freelancers I've dealt with on various projects. Particularly exceptional has been their project manager. After examination, my top freelancers gave the code an impressive 9 out of 10. They distinguish themselves by utilizing cutting-edge technologies, such as TypeScript, PostScript, and the most recent React stack.

• We hired Right Tail to take over the development of a new website we were launching, which had been left in a disastrous state by a previous vendor and was in danger of missing its target launch date. We needed Right Tail to both fix the errors and bugs left over by the previous vendor while also developing new features and functionality, all within a short timeline, as the project had already been significantly delayed. They vastly exceeded our expectations and helped us launch on time.

This project involved building a new website using Drupal 9, and Right Tail came on to the project at a late date after it had already been delivered in substandard shape by a previous firm. We needed Right Tail  to first fix the many remaining bugs with the existing product and then develop some additional features deemed essential to launch. We were successful in meeting our target launch date and the project has been deemed very successful by both internal and external stakeholders.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was able to launch on time and both our internal and external shareholders are thrilled with it. We are continuing to work with Right Tail for ongoing support and to continue developing new features, as well as some KPI dashboards to measure site performance.

We meet with our project lead and the senior developers assigned to the project weekly until launch, while also tracking individual tasks and issues using Basecamp. Their staff was extremely responsive, often replying to messages within minutes. Ultimately we probably achieved more in 2 and half months of working with them than we had in the six months before that working with the previous vendor.

 Right Tail  communication is phenomenal, and they are clearly dedicated to this project's success. Their focus is on retaining clients long term and it shows, as we're thrilled to continue working with them on any other Drupal website development in the future.

They excelled in every way on this project, I honestly can't think of anything that was less than excellent in our work with them to date.

Build a data visualization and a collaboration tool that allows users to provide context on data, specific data points, and datasets. The context would be supplied via commenting directly in the Data Visualization UI and collaborating directly in the reporting UI. The tool would allow building client specific templates. All context and collaboration would be stored as an asset for future use. Data will be sourced from integrations with platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Analytics, and other such platforms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Agency usage and uptake and a migration to using this tool as a way of working. Longer terms ability to sell to other vendors as a stand alone tool.

Excellent comms, broadly met all deadlines and used a jira ticketing system to log progress along the way. Regular calls (at key points during the project these were daily), to discuss tasks / progress and to align on goals and talk about abouyt next steps.

The project went according to plan in terms of timeline and budget. Right Tail was flexible and easy to work with. They clearly know what they are doing and have a flexible approach to development. We took part in a planning stage before they started work, which helped us all remain organized. 
Right Tail  was receptive to our feedback and quickly produced testable updates. They also provided detailed documentation for processes and troubleshooting, which has been very helpful.

When we first started, we spent time crafting and designing the mockups of the platform. After that, the developers went forward and began building. We implemented the best cloud storage and other third-party services that best fit our product. Overall, the majority of the work their team did was writing code.

We launched the first version over a month ago, and we’re still working together. There have been a few minor bugs, but that come with the territory. Although we have just launched, we have received good feedback with the accounts that are using our platform so far.

From a project management aspect, they were excellent. Their team performed well. I spoke to their project lead directly about the work they did each week. We used email and Zoom for conference calls. If I had questions or if they needed something from me, we would email. For longer discussions, we just set up another call

The main business priority was to build a product configurator software. Its purpose is to support and in the end also fully automate activities in the sales process. The main scope of work carried out by Right Tail is: Application UI / UX design, Full MVP development including: Automated CI / CD, Application architecture, Implementation of business logic, Communication between application modules, Stair drawing module based on changing configuration.

Everything went very smoothly. We are satisfied with the team's cooperation, the product fully meets our expectations.

For product delivery, Right Tail recommended scrum framework, which supports day-by-day communication in the team. The development process was divided into two-week sprints. For instant messaging, we used Slack. Both the project management style and the communication tools supported the entire development process, so I could focus on maximizing the value of the product.
