We hired Right Here Interactive to fix our new, yet broken, Web lead to Crm system. They helped us first by stabilizing the system and then developing priority list to slove the problems we were having. The scope of work ncluded the development of a new web-site and CRM lead reterival system as well as developing email and text announcement sytem within.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcome is that we have a system that works very well today. We all are more productive and less stressed when our systems work properly. We have not cursed our system in 2 years, that's measurable. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They(Right Here) set up a timetable for each project. They emphasized that they needed our input in a timely manner to keep on schedule. Questions came up and we did drag our heels on a couple  decisions but they were good about giving us the pros and cons. and helping us make the right decision.  They responded very well to our needs. This was not an easy project for any web/tech developer to step into.

Straigh talk, very calm and respectful of each person involved with the project. 

Their ability to step into a difficult situation and methodically work to achieve our desired results was amazing.

I'm the owner of an accounting & finance consultancy. We help small companies get more profitable!

For what projects/services did your company hire Right Here Interactive, and what were your goals?

After COVID hit, we decided to branch out and launch a new brand for lower-cost services and Stimulus Money consulting (tax credits, PPP, etc.).

We hired RHI to do the whole thing -- build a KAJABI-powered site, integrate with our WORDPRESS site, create and manage FACEBOOK ADS, build EMAIL LISTS, and blast out invitations to our WEBINARS. We were hoping to get to 10,000 new names.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

RHI had rescued us a few years ago when our website had been abused by a consultant who liked "HubSpot" ... and it was a right mess. RHI came in and recreated a simpler, better performing website in Wordpress. We've known them a long time and they are always responsive and helpful.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

This time around, they designed brand logos, website treatments, KAJABI backends, and email strategies. Most of the whole thing was based on the KAJABI platform, but they also integrated with our prior site, which is on WORDPRESS. They managed DATABASES, FACEBOOK AD campaigns, and more.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We enjoyed working with Marc (founder) and Chadd. I know that we were supported by at least a couple other people in the background. All were very responsive and professional.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The biggest outcome was to build a new email list from scratch using only FaceBook ads. Within weeks, RHI managed to collect over 25,000 Opt-In responses to our Facebook ads at an average cost of BELOW $1 each. Yes, one dollar. This is unheard of, and an anomaly caused by Covid, but RHI was all over it and really helped us maximize the opportunity. We also measured their success by the number of sales generated, and attendance at webinars.... all of which were above expectations!

We ended up with 75,000 opt-in names on our email list, and a $200,000 new brand within just a few months!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We met weekly by Zoom. The team communicated online using Slack and other platforms. We moved fast -- and they kept right up with us!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

RHI exhibited a deep expertise in areas that are still fast-evolving (like Facebook ad campaigns). No matter how many times FaceBook changed the rules, RHI kept up with the new rules and managed to find a way to execute our campaigns quickly and successfully.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We did not use them for Content Writing, but I understand that they have recently hired some new content writers. I can't speak to that.

I am the president and CEO of Fathom Creative. We are a Washington, DC-based brand strategy and creative company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Right Here Interactive?

Our technical needs vary wildly throughout the year, so having an in-house development team no longer made sense. We needed someone to help us with development and handle all the technical functions of our projects on an as-needed basis.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We've worked with RHI on about 80 projects so far. Most of these projects have been WordPress websites, but the team supports all of our technical needs, from initial consultation and evaluation to launching the site.

What is the team composition?

They have a pretty large team, but I primarily work with Marc (Founder) and Chad (VP of Delivery).

How did you come to work with Right Here Interactive?

RHI was highly recommended and referred to us by one of my most trusted colleagues. We previously worked with other development teams and got disappointing results, so we wanted to give RHI a try. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $600,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our first project with them started in May 2014, and we are still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They produce quality work — the websites they build for us are great and don’t require much maintenance compared to sites delivered to us by other agencies. RHI consistently does a great job, which has earned my trust; I’ve worked with them on every technical project we’ve had since 2014.

RHI’s team has proven to be experts in identifying which plug-ins are the best and will last the longest — this is critical because there are many poor-quality plug-ins for WordPress, and if you don’t know which to choose, it can be very expensive for clients.

How did Right Here Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

They're great at meeting deadlines, and they excel at communication. Unlike other development teams I've previously worked with, Marc and Chad are very good at talking directly to our clients. They can speak the same language as our clients and translate complicated development terms into simpler terms so our clients could understand. Our clients feel more assured that they are in good hands with RHI on our team. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by their positive attitude, even when there are complications. There will always be issues now and then, but the team at RHI is wonderful at handling them — they take responsibility for any problems that have arisen on their side, and they fix them immediately. I also appreciate how thoughtful they are in making recommendations on how to improve upon our website.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing that comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just keep in mind that RHI is a relatively small company, but I think that’s an advantage — they are more hands-on and offer a better value than larger development firms we’ve worked with.
