• Stock Management System. MVP was designed and integrated into the business in less than three months. 
• The Stock Management system decreased the manual workload of the stock and procurement team by over 50%. 
• Project Management System. The main challenge was to create general workflows for different Job types that could be easily customised for each Client, starting from fields to reporting solutions. 
• Engineer's tablet App for Android OS. The application for Engineers helped decrease the manual work of the Contract management team by 80% and increase the efficiency of the Electrical department team. The average number of hours per one Job decreased from 2.5 hours to 1 hour and 40 minutes. 
• Client's Cabinet. This is part of the ACIMS solution that was integrated to improve communication with clients. All the information about completed work, Invoices, and requests is available within the system. 
• Subcontractor's Cabinet. Part of the ACIMS system that allows Subcontractors to receive, track and report back on the assigned jobs. 
• HRM system.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Delivery of all the key objections, notably, the development, implementation, and deployment of Aston Centralised Information Management systems (ACIMS), deployment of ACIMS Connect, the Deployment of Aston Group HR system, The integration with several Client systems, Deployment of ACIMS Mobile for Engineers, and many other essential modules such as the Stock Management and Procurement systems.

Using Scrum at the start of the project, the majority of the tasks were delivered on time. All the issues, new requirements, and enhancements were discussed, absorbed, and developed according to priorities. At the later stage of the project, Rich Brains suggested adopting the Kanban framework to ensure proper prioritisation, management, and delivery of new users and business improvement requests while not compromising the development roadmap of new features for the main system, ACIMS.
