Experience has taught us that just by having a business, but without attracting as much traffic as possible, it is impossible to have a conversion (when we say conversion, we mean the customer who pays for your product / service). The online environment is extremely dynamic and bidding at the same time, but this multitude of offers has also created a lot of confusion, making it very difficult for businesses to understand this environment, to adapt and then implement the necessary strategies to extract the best results.
Everything is enhanced by the fact that there is no school that actually teaches "WHAT TO DO ONLINE". Moreover, a LOT of poor information related to this subject has circulated and still circulates, on the basis of which, even lower-grade information is derived. Today's online environment is a combination of strategies, a lot of test-based analysis, and at the same time A LOT OF FEELING.
This is the conclusion we reached after practice, testing and experience. Being foremost practitioners (we have achieved and continue to do a lot of activity in the online environment), we have learned very well the algorithm behind social platforms and how the user consumes online content. NO ONE enters a social platform, whatever it may be, to buy something, and the purpose of any social platform is to protect its consumer, NOT BUSINESS INTEREST (this can be found even in the terms and conditions of dedicated platforms: Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Therefore, the business must understand the consumer very well, and enter his state of mind, through communication and chosen marketing strategies, and not the other way around - the consumer entering the business atmosphere.

We hired rEVOLUTION media to run our social media marketing. This has been an ongoing project for nearly two years now.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
rEVOLUTION media originally approached me with an offer and I liked their proactive attitude feeling that if they would be as proactive in helping me to market to new clients it would be a huge benefit. I then arranged a meeting with them at their headquarter and following a discussion I decided to take them on to run the project.

rEVOLUTION media create the daily posting schedule, captions, and hashtags for our instagram and also publish the same post to Facebook. They also arrange photoshoots about once every two or three months. About 1 year ago we identified to need to post on Tiktok and they now help with this posting once a week. They also develop and run the social media ads that we run. Every two weeks I receive the visuals and copy-write on WhatsApp for approval.

We work with 1 account manager and a a team of copy writers, designers, and photographers. Nearly everything is done via WhatsApp.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The quality of our posts, both visuals and copy, have increased a lot, and outsourcing the social media has given me a lot more time to focus on other important tasks.There is a distinct lack of data reported on performance outcomes and the tracking of these KPIs over time and across different ad campaigns and this is the major area for development in the future.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Work flow is very smooth and easy running everything through WhatsApp for the ease of everyone involved.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
rEVOLUTION media provide everything needed in terms of photography, editing, copywriting, and publishing all in one team. It makes everything very streamlined.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Reporting and analysis on performance and tracking this performance over time and across different ad campaigns is nearly non existent unless I pull the data myself from the Facebook ads manager software. I would be nice to have the full analysis of what money spent and where has the biggest impact but on this I feel like we're currently just shooting in the dark.
