We needed help with our company's digital marketing services and materials to bring new customers to our stores.

What was the scope of their involvement?

rEVOLUTION Media is helping us with SMM (social media marketing) on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. They also manage our social media and respond to messages and comments on our pages. Their team posts three days a week on social media and holds advertising campaigns twice a year. Their efforts also include shooting and editing photos and videos to create content.

What is the team composition?

We work with around seven members of rEVOLUTION Media's team, including creative directors and Alex (Owner). The latter is our main point of contact.

A friend referred rEVOLUTION Media to me, and after contacting them, we briefed them on our project and decided to start working together.

How much have you invested with them?

We pay them a monthly fee of €500 (approximately $600 USD).

We began working together in March 2016, and the engagement is still ongoing.

rEVOLUTION Media is great with scheduling and delivering tasks on time. They're also always available when we need them and are responsive. Regarding tools and communication, we have monthly meetings and use WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams.

rEVOLUTION Media's team's biggest strength is their patience with me because marketing is not my niche. They respond very fast when I reach out to them for help, and there have been times when they've worked and we've paid them later.

- At the beginning, I knew I want to improve my presence online, but I was not aware what exctaly I needed. During our collaboration, they have been in charge of everything related to our social media pages: organic content creation, the paid ads, the budget management for paid promotion, the product pics to be used and also the videos shared on our pages. They even write the texts for the posts and manage the community, allowing me to have more time to focus on other aspects of my business.

The launch event and sales campaigns are also being taken care of by the rEvo team.

There has been a visible growth in our social media following and engagement rates.

Workflow has been effective and professional from the very start. We communicate via phone and WhatsApp mostly but also had in-person meetings to go over different steps in the business development process. They were available to go over campaigns performances, sales, or launch events and whenever necessary, they were responsive to our needs.

They become a part of your team. They look at your business and find a way to make it grow! It makes one feel less stressed about the outcomes of the online journey.

So far everything went smooth and all the tasks. We are happy with the collaboration and will for sure continue with them in the future.

We communicate via phone andWhatsApp mostly, but also use email when needed. Timeliness so far was on time for more than 95% of the cases, the rest of them were missed by a few hours, max 1 day, with prior announcement, which I consider to be more than ok.

The fact that have experience in many business arias and they always come with solutions to my proposals.
