Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and CEO of Mindjini. We are an IT consultancy that provides mobile and web development and Salesforce services to the private and public sectors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Review Express?

One of our customers, a doctor, wanted to attract more patients, so I brought on Review Express to provide SEO services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Review Express provides my customer with SEO services. They’ve researched keywords for their SEO campaigns. Review Express’ team has also set up my customer’s Google Business Profile, which they now manage. 

Their team also provides some social media marketing services on Facebook and Instagram. Depending on the situation, their team is in charge of responding to comments on our customer’s accounts. Their graphic designer creates social media posts. They also help with link building. 

What is the team composition?

I work with three teammates, including a graphic designer and an SEO specialist. 

How did you come to work with Review Express?

Their team is local, so I was able to find them through a local business director. 

How much have you invested with them?

I invest $300 a month with Review Express. 

What is the status of this engagement?

This ongoing engagement began around January 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Regarding local SEO, our customer ranks within the top two results on Google. Review Express brought our customer's site from the eighth to the second position, but we’re still shooting for the first spot. 

How did Review Express perform from a project management standpoint?

Usually, we communicate through WhatsApp and phone calls. Review Express’ teammates work on my project for four hours a day. Since they’re only working a specific number of hours, they can stay within my budget. 

We don’t use any project management tools to track Review Express’ progress because we’re not focusing on their strategy, just the results. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their local SEO is fantastic. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Review Express’ team needs to improve a little on backlink building so they can provide better services to our customer. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re looking for a local SEO expert, hire Review Express. However, I wouldn’t as heartily recommend Review Express for non-local SEO.

We were looking for company to increase our online presence. Our website was on pages 3 and below for Google searches.

I had a friend who owned a law firm in Houston and couldn’t say enough good things about the SEO services he received from this company.

There was a project manager and three SEO specialists who were in constant contact with me.

After 2 months, I could see a noticeable difference in our keyword rankings. After 3 months, I saw an increase in call volume directly attributable to customers finding us online.

They are very responsive and send me a monthly SEO report with results and improvements still needed. The repost is very easy to read and understand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They never over promised results. However, their results have been quite amazing up to this point.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would appreciate the ability to speak on phone more often than on chat/email. Sometimes it’s a lot easier for me to explain my thoughts by speaking it rather than writing it!

They met all my needs and delivered on their promises. This was lasting cooperation, I first started using their services in 2019. They have been casually maintaining and servicing my website and specifically my website development needs since. Getting more calls and service referrals through the website.

Awesome communication, never had an issue contacting them or waiting for longer than 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The work was performed promptly, they carefully addressed all of my needs and never refused to provide a certain service within their scope. They delivered on promises and were patient even if we were very demanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Be sure that you know what you want, and be ready to explain it to them. They have to understand your vision of the end result for them to deliver accordingly. Make sure they understand what you want. Avoid miscommunications and be deliberate about your needs.
