Respect’s approaches and messaging style are more subtle which may take time to establish rapport with leads and convert them into calls. So for companies looking to get calls immediately, it might be a good idea to have a separate channel with a more sales-focused approach.

The Respect team conducted a marketing audit prior to the initial campaign, as a result, we got an action plan with all the items we needed to complete on our side to be prepared for the campaign and further communication with people we reached out to. Based on that audit they also developed a targeting and communication strategy.
During the initial campaign, they took over the execution of the outreach, content, and interactions on social. We were receiving regular reports on all activities and results and recommendations for improvements.

We managed to communicate with many executives and set up cooperation with a few tech companies. Apart from that, Respect.Studio boosted our network and helped to connect with socially responsible companies, giving us an opportunity to partner with them in the future.

I find that an extra level of project management in the beginning of the project, before Oleksii took charge, was redundant. We suggest keeping the main lead generator as the main spokesman as this allows to get insights right from the source.

• We didn't meet the expected and discussed goals but we have the case study published on our website, the optimized LinkedIn profile, and a few low-interested leads after 7 months of work.

• Content marketing on LinkedIn didn't give the expected results. 
• LinkedIn lead generation didn't achieve the promised and expected results.

We had delays in delivering services, but they were not critical. Communications were at a normal level but not perfect. I want to mention that manager Oleksandr was proactive and shared his experience with us.

We tried a couple of approaches and wording in the messages RS created for the lead generation campaign to align with the final one. While refining the messaging and approach of the outreach, we noticed their responsiveness, actively incorporating feedback to enhance results.

I'm the product manager at QAI, an AI-playtesting bots startup. My main responsibility is to launch an early-stage product from idea to 10 paid B2B customers. I am in charge of communicating with developers, customer interviews, and so on.

Respect.Studio set up a lead generation campaign with an automated message sequence. Since the beginning of the cooperation, all processes were clearly communicated by Iurii and Anna.

Throughout different campaign stages, we communicated with three people from the Respect team - Anna, the Project Manager; Vasyl, the Lead Gen Manager; and Iurii, the CEO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Overall, they helped us build an extensive professional network, which we aim to interact with further. Also, we've got all campaign-related processes set up. Apart from that, we got on calls with four game studios.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We received timely answers to all our requests and questions. The Respect team did a great job with project management and communication. We had a miscommunication regarding the campaign timeline during the onboarding period since they have a fixed timeframe for the campaign setup. But it was quickly resolved, and we launched lead generation earlier.

I think it would be a plus if the Respect Studio team strongly recommended switching to ABM at the beginning of our cooperation not to lose the money of cold sales.

Understanding the differences in marketing language between American audiences and British ones (we are a British company). However this was tackled at the very start and was not a problem. I think they've done a good job in learning about us and our needs to provide us with the services we needed.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far we've managed to build a Lead Gen team from scratch with their help, and develop a marketing and communication basis for our Marketing team. Regarding lead gen campaign, we've managed to build a network within our ICP industries and got new leads that we are in contact with. One of those leads converted into a client.

All questions/concerns were addressed in a timely manner, especially considering the time difference. We communicated via Slack and had regular calls both with the Account Manager and team members.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication was always on point. We connected directly with team members responsible for each area and received professional feedback. Also, they didn't hold back their knowledge and if you ask any professional question RS team will provide you with all the information and tips & tricks they have. We've gained a lot of useful insights as a bonus.

We had a few issues with the timeline and wording in the messages that RS created for the lead generation campaign. With that said, RS team was always open to feedback and made improvements accordingly.
