We’ve experienced some app crashes, and, according to our in-house team, the codebase is not very scalable. How did Resourcifi perform from a project management standpoint? Their management isn’t good enough, because they weren’t too clear in terms of deadlines. In fact, we missed several and I didn’t see a very clear plan from them. They changed the project manager when we went to them with these concerns, halfway through the project. That did improve things, and they also provided us with direct access to the team members. We had more control after that, which sped up the project. On the communication side, even though they’re not a local company, they did reach out to me when they needed to.
