The key deliverables were the successful deindexing of several high-ranking negative pages, complete removal of defamatory content from certain platforms, and regular reporting with evidence of progress.

The most critical content was either completely removed or successfully deindexed from Google within weeks. Our branded search results significantly improved, with negative links pushed beyond the first few pages. There’s very little to criticize. If anything, more education around how to prevent similar issues in the future would have been helpful. However, they did offer solid tips toward the end of the engagement, which we appreciated.
