RM created a comprehensive marketing strategy that included a mix of organic and paid marketing channels. They used our customer data to create an ideal customer profile and tailored campaigns to reach these specific personas.

They utilised a range of channels, including Facebook, Google ads and SEO, to increase brand awareness and generate leads. They also helped us optimise our website for lead generation and streamline our application process. Technologies used included Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs.

The team was highly organized and efficient in their project management. Throughout meetings and emails, they kept us informed of the progress and to answered any questions we had, not to mention being very responsive to our feedback. We appreciated their transparency and timeliness in delivering work.

We were impressed with Republic Marketing's data-driven approach to marketing. They used a financial segmentation software to improve targeting and were constantly monitoring and optimising our campaigns based on the KPIs.

Overall it was all good, nothing out of the ordinary. Some work took longer than other, but we mostly increased the scope halfway through, so that’s understandable.

We wanted to work with an agency that wasn’t using a cookie cutter approach to save on cost. Their proposal stood out the most among competition and I felt that they understand our challenges.

The project was running ads with ROAs of 7.0 and above to help us pre-sell new models and push the older stock. We had a few coordination and discovery meetings to help them create the audiences, key messages and creatives. Afterwards, we held bi-weekly and then monthly calls.

Two in total. We have mainly worked with Sajad, but Igor was also on a few calls as their PPC specialist.

RM’s team took their time to learn the ins and outs of our business. I believe that this was to ensure that we hit and exceed our ROAS targets.

From the very start, I had access to an Asana board to check real-time updates on campaign design and implementation. They were very organised compared to some bigger agencies I have previously worked with.

Being growth and results-oriented. They were also well-researched and knew what they were talking about.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

One campaign went live two days later than anticipated but we ended up getting better creatives which in the end were well worth the wait.

We were looking to receive support with managing one of our social media accounts (Instagram) through content creation, strategy and community management. We also wanted to run Google Search Ads for certain products for a specific period of time to assess the impact on sales. We started with a good-fit call, followed by a discovery workshop to fine tune out the details of the project. The onboarding took around 10 days.

We were looking for an agile digital marketing agency that understands the current social media trends & can help us scale our operation. We initially reached out to them on LinkedIn.

We mainly worked with Sajad & Cristina, the co-founders of Republic but other people were sometimes involved during the meetings, depending on the specific need of the task in hand.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall, I’m very happy with results. We have seen an improvement in engagement rate (+40%) on our Instagram account. Content planning and scheduling has also become more structured and efficient. With Google Ads, we gathered a lot of valuable data and the results for the first few months was better than we anticipated. Based on the results, we may include more PPC Ad spend in our next year budget.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are organised, transparent, on-time and don’t overpromise and under-deliver which is a great plus in this industry. We were very impressed with how much they researched our niche within the first few months. They really do go an extra mile.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Clear and efficient communication, expectation management and focus. I’d say they put quite a lot of attention and care into our account. They were quite proactive and provided very useful suggestions which it was quite different from other agencies I have worked with in the past.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything in particular. At first we weren’t sure about the price as it was slightly above our budget, but the final quality and their dedication made it worth it.

Site has only been live for a week so no metrics to report yet. But high interal business satifaction.

They were prompt to respond to emails and changes. We didn't agree a project deadline upfront so not a matter of being on time. But we were happy with how quickly they turned things around.

They did a great job at turning design changes around very quickly and their subtle animations to  the site took above and beyond where we were previously. They were very passionate too about the site which helped carry enthusiasm for the site throughout the project.

Not to my mind. I was very happy with the process and outcome.
