Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Administrative Director for Vatani Consulting Engineers. VCE is a full-service design consulting firm providing excellent service & expertise in all facets of engineering. We provide quality consulting & inspection services throughout Houston & surrounding areas across the state of Texas.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Rentech Digital, and what were your goals?

Our website was created over 10 years ago and had become outdated. Since we did not have in-house developers to invest in a new website, we hired Rentech Digital to redesign and develop a new site for us. By doing this, we are hoping to increase our web traffic substantially by the end of the year.

How did you select Rentech Digital and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to Rentech Digital by one of our team members.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

After an initial consultation meeting via conference call, we decided which design style we were interested in moving forward with. Our team had to provide all logo files and SEO keywords, as well as full access to the backend of our existing website host.

After a few rounds of comments/edits/additions, we were ready to launch the new website. After launching, the Rentech team is to provide step-by-step instructions on how our team can make any minor adjustments to the website in the future (like adding a photo or additional copy).

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was a total of 5 Rentech team members that worked on our project; one of which was the primary contact that we kept in touch with throughout the entire process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our team, colleagues, and clients love the new design and features. We have yet to track any measurable deliverables from the new site since we only just launched recently, but I anticipate higher traffic and time duration on the site.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The Rentech team was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. They completed our edits and the final project in a timely manner with little effort on our end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Rentech team is efficient, timely, considerate, and helpful. We are very impressed by our experience with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have yet to come across any issues while working with the Rentech team. They are great!
