ReFi Hub is on-chain infrastructure cashflow platform built on Solana. We finance operating energy infrastructure — like solar plants and EV charging networks — and distribute returns from real-world usage to investors in USDC.

Relipa built ReFi Hub's core platform end-to-end: smart contracts for tokenizing investments (FITs) and handling on-chain settlement, backend infrastructure for managing deal terms and USDC distributions, and a frontend web platform for investors to browse, invest in, and track energy infrastructure projects. Key deliverables included the smart contract architecture on Solana, the investor dashboard, and the integration between on-chain contracts and platform data.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A functioning end-to-end platform on Solana - from smart contracts to investor-facing frontend - enabling ReFi Hub to onboard real infrastructure projects and process on-chain USDC investments and distributions.

Relipa managed the project reliably, delivering work on schedule and staying responsive to shifting priorities as our roadmap evolved. Communication was straightforward, and they adapted well without needing heavy oversight.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our company wants to set up a warehouse management system to optimize performance. The warehouse cannot control the amount of goods entering and leaving well, the situation of loss always occurs. Our staff is very confused with too much paperwork. We hired Relipa to develop a specialized warehouse management system for our company. When the system goes into operation, Relipa also helps us optimize and fix bugs if any.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are satisfied that the well-functioning warehouse management system helps us save nearly 10% of personnel costs and reduce many burdens on cumbersome and unnecessary procedures and processes. This helps the company to improve a lot in terms of business performance and efficiency.

Notion and Asana served as the core communication tools for our project group, complemented by Trello for collaborative tasks. The project followed a weekly sprint format, demanding daily interaction and delivering project updates on a weekly basis.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Relipa Global strongly impressed us with their quick, time-saving workflow. They focuses on effective communication and problem solving between the two teams with daily meetings and weekly progress reports. We are especially satisfied with the enthusiasm and support of the CEO and CTO of Relipa in advising our side of the best solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Relipa Global could have done differently?

Initially, the Relipa team did not fully understand the requirements and scope of work because our factory and warehouse are located in another province, so communication between the two parties was difficult. After that, Relipa's CTO and PM accompanied me to directly visit the factory and warehouse to better understand the situation and come up with a suitable solution to develop the system. 

Since then, the cooperation between the two sides has become much smoother and we have nothing to complain about.
