Relia Software was hired to partner with us on the Embrix platform UI/UIX design and development.

What were your goals for this project?

To have a sleek UIX design and interface offering loads of capabilities for Agent Care Portal and Self Care Portal.

It is a platform development for a Lead-To-Cash Embrix product in the Cloud, covering the capabilities of CRM, Billing and ERP solutions in a single platform. Key components of the product are the Agent Care and Self Care User interfaces, which is where Relia has partnered with us.

What was the team composition?

We had an employee working from the same location and with her we were interacting with Relia and Le on a weekly basis - setting the targets and achieving them. There was a team of 4-5 UI/UIX design and developers from Relia supporting us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have successfully finished 3 releases and are in the process of rolling out our product. We have started onboarding customers on our platform. So much was required, but was delivered on time and with great quality.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good. We had twice weekly meetings to go over the User stories to be worked on and the progress against the User stories defined.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Many factors make a partnership successful. However, the one that impressed me the most was the 'Sense of Ownership and Responsibility'. If and when there was a need to stretch the day boundaries, they would not hesitate to go the distance and achieve what was set out as a target.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is always scope for growth for any company including us. However, over a period of 2.5 years, we have seen that they have themselves have self-identified and improved being a true value-add partner.

1 UI/UX Designer, 2 Developers, 1 QA and PM.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have shared a beta version tool with our target customers and got a great response!! We will launch the product soon.

Excellent! We used Slack, Skype, and Trello for our communication and project management.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality, dedication, and product delivery speed were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nope, we haven't faced any glitch during the design & development phases.

Relia Software worked to further develop and test our Drive Plaza product, a location-based and map-based application for Android and iOS platforms.

We sought to improve our UI/UX implementation.

We found Relia Software through our contact network. We were evaluating five possible vendors and selected them because of their portfolio and straightforward approach. The quality of the code in the samples they shared was top-notch. Moreover, they were actively involved in product strategy which made us feel that they are an extension of the internal team rather than an offshore vendor.

Relia Software provided the UI/UX implementation and conducted rounds of testing. We also rely on them for consultation regarding the usability of our application.

What was the team composition?

Relia Software’s team consisted of two mobile developers—a backend technician and a QA analyst.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

App users have offered extensive positive feedback in the App Store and the Google Play store. Relia Software completed the project within our timelines and delivered a flawless product.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It’s obvious that Relia Software’s team puts a great amount of time and care into their work. The development process ran smoothly, as their work required very few fixes. We were spared any headaches because of their attention to detail.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Relia Software offers high-quality work and well-defined processes thanks to experienced developers. They are open to discussions instead of blindly following directions.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

We suggested a few changes to their documentation process at the beginning of the project, but otherwise, there isn’t anything notable that needs improvement.

They support our site via ongoing Ruby development. They've built and improved upon existing components of the platform.

Their Ruby development has helped the company grow 200% since 2016.

We communicated effectively through Trello and Slack

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their friendliness makes them stand out. They also build quality solutions to address our issues. They've done excellent work and have been easy to work with. 

Are there any areas where they can improve?

Their timeliness could be improved—especially in terms of turnaround— but, in general, they are responsive. They could also test their solutions more thoroughly before implementing them.
