What challenge were you trying to address with Relevant Software?

We were using a third-party platform that we had customized, but it wasn’t meeting our needs. Hence, we decided to design our own software from the ground up.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We handle around 7,000 loans a year, and our busiest period is between July and August. We’ve always had a surge in the summer, which ended up with long wait times. However, we've seen a big change in our ability to handle the volume during the first summer we used the platform. We’ve definitely improved our efficiency and bandwidth, and our net profit is up 25% year over year. We’ve also achieved a better customer experience and continue to improve upon that.

How did Relevant Software perform from a project management standpoint?

Our project has lasted a bit longer than we expected and cost more than we expected. However, there were things they couldn’t foresee when they scoped out the work. We use Slack, Google Meet, and Google Docs for project management and communication.

We’re impressed with their transparency. They function as an extension of our team and take care of the labor resources. Overall, they do a decent job managing us as a client.

No, there aren’t any.

Add 50% to whatever budget they give you. It’s not because they’re trying to underquote; it’s because of the nature of the project. They can only see what you can show them.

We wanted to work with highly qualified IT professionals at a reasonable price and develop our MVP as soon as possible, so that we could start generating revenue quickly. Relevant’s software engineers designed a customer portal that allows its users to get an equity loan and track the progress of its repayment. The portal has all the features needed to start our work and get our first clients, for example, a dashboard for a client with all the required information and an admin and staff panel to track all the activities on the portal.

• ensuring the displayed device info is privacy-preserving. 

Therefore, it is of paramount importance that this system monitoring and logging platform focuses solely on gathering device info without collecting any user data or interaction details.

Thus, in addition to simple money transfers, our system allows users to invest in their future with minimal effort. The Relevant team did a phenomenal job hitting the goals we set to achieve and produced a product that my team is very proud of.

• That is our first digital product, so the importance is huge. We have already started the sales process, and our clients are impressed and can't wait for the second development phase.

A no-code platform for building Identity and Data Analytics servers. Software that will help people unfamiliar with coding and databases create dependencies, describe the accesses, and use all of it to launch the server. The Relevant engineer joined the team as and still participates in our Agile development cycle. We assign new tasks and he delivers as expected. He is currently working on implementing OpenID Connect, and uses Neo4J, Cypher, Typescript and workers on a daily basis.

We use Jira for project tracking, it is easy with Jira to track deliverable and compare assigned tasks with delivered tasks. The Relevant team has always delivered on time for end of sprints and releases.

Excellent communication and support throughout the project's life cycle, as well as regular calls to check on the project status. Relevant Software is adaptable to our requirements, including technological ones. They are willing to assist, capable of achieving results, and ready to learn.

I had expected to factor in a certain amount of time for a learning period of the newest technologies we use, so the fact that we had to account for ‘learning time’ wasn't a huge deal for us.

Return2Play aims to allow schools' management to report and track their pupils' injuries; automatically report injuries to the SOCS system, and enable doctors to assess every injured pupil with a concussion and log any changes to it.

For example, one application is an app that guides doctors step by step through the entire knee brace selection, measurement, and ordering process. Another project is a desktop SAAS platform for fully digitalized engineering and operations – through the Digital twin technology which simplifies communication within the Company through 3D modelling of objects.

They built the app to work with an external 3D scanner to make patients’ knee models. The team also implemented new UI/UX strategies, enhanced security features, and added a re-ordering function for users. They are now working on migrating the necessary data from the previous solution.
