What was the scope of their involvement?

Reexia helps us find new clients in the UK and Europe. We’re specifically interested in their experience with aerospace companies. The team arranges meetings, RFIs, and RFQs. Reexia has also built a database and supports us with meetings with French clients.

How did you come to work with Reexia?

We found them through an online search. We chose them because they offered good value for the cost and understood our industries and services.

We started working with them in February 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have regular reports with the calls and email stats, along with the usual lead reports. Reexia has also introduced an app that allows us to keep track of the leads we receive per month and important communications.We get at least one RFQ per month and meetings or connections every so often. We’ve gotten a few small projects and one large contract with a French Tier 1 manufacturer. The latter has doubled the size of our company.Before hiring Reexia, our company was about £700,000 (approximately $850,000 USD), and in 2026, we’ll be close to £2 million (approximately $2.4 million USD).

How did Reexia perform from a project management standpoint?

Reexia’s project management is very hands-on. The team gets the managers involved all the time. They provide regular updates and jump in when needed. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Reexia is an expert in our field. When we first spoke with them, we got the feeling that we were talking to individuals who had been directly involved in growing companies similar to ours. They understood roll forming like engineers and explained the sales dynamic in the industry.

We have been working with Reexia to support our outbound lead generation efforts and the experience has been very positive.

Their team took the time to understand our market and the type of companies we wanted to approach before starting the campaign. Instead of simply making calls from a generic list, they helped build a targeted prospect database and structured the outreach around our specific objectives.

Communication has been consistent throughout the campaign. We receive regular updates on activity and outcomes, which makes it easy to see how the campaign is progressing and adjust the approach when needed.

The campaign generated several qualified conversations with companies that matched our target profile. Through the outreach activities, we were able to connect with decision-makers that we would not have reached through inbound marketing alone.

The project resulted in multiple qualified leads and meetings, giving our sales team new opportunities to develop. In addition, the structured prospect database that was built during the campaign will continue to support our future outreach efforts.

Reexia managed the project in a very organised way. They use their own campaign management platform, which allowed us to follow activity and results throughout the campaign. This gave us good visibility on progress and made it easy to keep track of outreach and outcomes.

We also had bi-weekly calls to review performance and discuss next steps. Kevin was very hands-on during the project and took the time to go through the results with us, answer questions, and suggest adjustments when needed.

Overall communication was clear and consistent. Deliverables were provided on time and the team remained responsive whenever we had requests or needed to refine the targeting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their practical approach to outbound campaigns. They use their own system to manage activity, which gives good visibility on progress. Kevin was also very hands-on throughout the project and took the time to review results with us during the bi-weekly calls.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Reexia could have done differently?

From my experience, results took a little time to appear, but this was something they were very clear about from the start of the campaign. They explained that outbound prospecting can take time to build momentum, which helped set the right expectations. Communication remained good throughout the project.

As part of its activities, Reexia helped us set up a structure adapted to more effectively capture online business opportunities, and carries out targeted actions to find new customers (mainly via telephone and email)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrated progress or success?

Reexia found new key accounts, relatively quickly and also set up a structure to maximize the return on our online media. Their market expertise was extremely beneficial as well as their (very organized) organization around lead generation showed us how we could organize ourselves (setting up systems, CRM, etc.)

Regular monitoring as well as sending weekly statistics. We also have access to a shared online system, allowing us to follow up on opportunities with their teams, once a week at least.
