We wanted to automate data entry into our accounting system for account payable. We enter several hundred accounts payable invoices into our accounting system monthly. For this project, an agent reads the acounts payable invoices, extracts the information that needs to be entered into our accounting system, and then enters the inofmation into the accounting system.

Reea delivered the agent and the agnet is entering the accounts payable information into our accounting system. We review the information prior to posting. We were able to elminate a headcount based on the success of the solution.

The application required an understanding of a physiological algorithm that interpreted the wearable data. I was impressed that they understood the fundamental logic and were able to reflect that in the app's function.

This study will consist of 1 study session involving navigation of the NASM EDGE Mobile App preceded and/or followed by: a 1-on-1 Interview and/or the completion of a survey.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes from our study that demonstarted a successful project were:

• Users found the current visuals of flashcards and exam questions confusing, and were unable to connect the color codes and titles with the existing chapters of NASM’s study materials. 
• Users were overwhelmed by the plethora of exam questions/flashcards, and they found some of the vocabulary hard to understand and the flashcards needed more visuals like charts, graphs, tables, etc.
• Users desire having a way to bookmark or highlight certain flashcards that they can refer back or provide direct links in the flashcards to the specific chapter the content is referring to. These additions will aid them in their studying of content they lack understanding in.
• Users expressed a need for the EDGE app to offer the capability to track their progress over time as they study and take the test exams, and be able to shuffle the flashcards.
• Users felt that the EDGE app should provide more intelligent feedback on test exam questions, particularly on what they got wrong and how to study those areas.

Nilo's project management was top-tier. She was very communicative and transparent with what she needed from us and making sure that she was providing everything we needed. She was very professional during all of our meetings and provided great feedback as she was going through her study sessions. Overall, REEA Global exceeded our expectations.

REEA was hired to remediate functionality bugs created by a precious developer to optimize the website. They were then tasked with developing web forms and an advanced search. Once the website went into client review, REEA was tasked with remediating any bugs discovered. The client then had additional requests to adjust global styles and menu designs, create additional functionality for specific general content blocks and rework dynamic modules.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The client was happy with the end result and experienced no down time due to REEA's speedy work. 500 users accessed the website within the first 24 hours, which was record-breaking. My team was comforted knowing the project was in safe hands.

All deliverables were timely and co-managed in Jira with my team and REEA's. We were also in regular communication on Slack for any urgent issues. Weekly we had virtual status meetings to discuss hours used, upcoming asks and any concerns.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

During weekly meetings, there are no communication barriers between the project owner and the REEA Global team. Written specs were supplied, but the real juice came from the discussion, Q&A, and requests for clarification on a particular detail. Written specs are often open to multiple interpretations; the direct conversation stopped this potential confusion. The PD made up for the owner's relative inexperience. The DB architect refined the owner's plan and published a schema before coding began. All team members put forward questions (including QA specialist). Lots of potential problems were killed in their crib.

Earlier discussion of the Jira methods could have been helpful.

Hungry Harvest hired REEA after a difficult situation with a prior implementation of an eCommerce platform that did not go as planned. We knew we needed a partner that could assist with the planning, documentation, estimation, and execution of a complex project that involved several custom integrations. After a competitive process, we selected REEA Global.

Soon after they quickly assembled a highly skilled team that worked side by side with our internal team on requirements, documentation, estimates, and execution. We were so impressed with the User Feedback work the REEA Global team performed for us back in Fall 2022 that we engaged them to handle one aspect of a multi-faceted user feedback research program this Spring. The REEA team facilitated focus groups with self-selected users of our digital platform. 

Over 5 sessions scheduled for the convenience of the participants, they were able to ascertain a wealth of invaluable information and actually recommended that we end the recruitment early despite not having met our desired numbers because the data was so robust. From receiving culled recordings of the sessions that aligned with each of the summary themes presented to receiving a by-theme recommendation list and a 90-min presentation of findings and recommendations, my entire company including our CEO found Zeila and the REEA’s team work exceptional. 

On a personal note, I’ve worked with a lot of tech companies over the years, and it is rare to find someone like Zeila who is so open to feedback and so willing to adjust to meet and exceed our expectations. After this second time of working with REEA Global, I reaffirm the original recommendation and enthusiastically recommend them for all of your user feedback needs.

Project management was exceptional. The project plan was laid out in Confluence where I could provide feedback and update the plan as need be. Deliverables were provided on time, despite difficult circumstances and recruitment delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We engaged the REEA User Experience team to do both a micro study as well as a full-blown, multi-phased qualitative user experience project for us relative to the legacy version of our HR tech product, Latch. The micro study was somewhat experimental for us as our team was fairly new to the application of user experience research to a digital product.

We found out quickly from the micro study that this type of analysis could be HUGELY helpful in confirming (or not) our assumptions about what our users wanted and needed while also highlighting areas for improvement where we could get quick wins. The value of the micro study was so apparent that we elected to engage the REEA team in a larger effort to survey both current users of the platform as well as objective, third-party users.

The REEA team acted as our partner from the beginning, working with us to scope out the project, suggest ways to stay within budget and still accomplish the goals of the project and recruit and secure third-party participants. We were kept abreast of the progress and hours throughout the duration of the project, and any impact on the timeline was discussed and proactively mitigated as much as possible.

The end result was a robust, detailed presentation that included real participant feedback to illustrate the points made and recommendations generated. Our entire team, including our executive leadership, found this to be an incredibly valuable investment that allowed us to change a few things, even mid-build to ensure the next version release of our product was as user-friendly as possible.

It was a pleasure working with Zeila and the REEA team on this effort, and we would highly recommend any organization with a digital product seriously consider user experience research as a foundational need when building and updating their product.
