Adhigama Solutions provide consulting in Technology and Business strategies in the areas of Data Engineering, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, RPA, AI and ML. We have a solutions in hybrid space with On Prem, Private and Public cloud deployments.

We were looking for a futuristic website to capture our services and solutions and found Redwind a good partner to help us in web design, development and deployment services. Our experience with them is top notch and would refer them to any organization looking for similar services.

During our requirement discussions we have done an extensive research on right partners to help us in this area and found Redwind good based on their previous work experience.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, Redwind team designed and developed website to meet our expectations

Ria is a Redwind developer and Anil was our Project Manager worked on with us to develop the website.

After launching our website it became our powerful marketing tool to show case our service offerings to our clients and prospects and helped generate interest and leads in our revenue generation pursuits.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could jointly address and solve them.

Very professional team who brought in ideas and suggestions to make the website better. They're a great team to work with.

None in particular.

There was one graphics designer who took care of the design end and front end & back end developers to take care of the development part.

Their team is excellent. They carried out the project quickly and efficiently. And kept us informed on progress and contacted me if they had any questions or issues.

My first point of communication at Redwind was Anil and he is very fluent to speak with & is very knowledgable. Our product was completed before time with no worries at all.

They took the project as their own and worked very hard for the project to succeed.

I think all the work was just fine.

Redevelopment along with a new ecommerce portal, preowned page and also the updated career section of the website. They used wordpress and helped us create 2 different web applications, one of the front end, and the other for ecommerce.

The director along with his colleague. The director was thoroughly involved from the start till the delivery of the project.

Prompt followups from the team to get the required data, and also continous update about the status of the project.

Major factor for communication was whatsapp group and google docs that helped everyone to stay on the same page and expedite the work for the website.

They delivered solution-driven discussions and prompt updates. that were shared throughout the development.

As of now, do not have any suggestions.

Social media marketing for organic engagement and development of brand as it new and upcoming.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them online as second best social media marketers on a certain website.

As Pitcherkart is a new brand in India we hired Redwind to create brand awareness and post new products as and when we had them instore. Redwind provided us with a very strong programme which highlighted how they will help with all areas of our development online also helped us understand how social media marketing will bring more organic engagement by boosting posts every week or so.

They helped us understand how certain aspects of our website were holding us back and rectified them according to their knowledge. They helped certain areas of promotions where they brought in some innovative ideas on making reels on instagram that would help bring more engagement.

near about three reps were constantly on call with our team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Redwind helped bring some attention with some unusual posts. Their reels were getting some good attention.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

For most part the team was responsive and would interact almost within mins. They understood most of our needs within one interaction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company has brought some good ideas. Hopefully we can pursue them and carry on posting similar content.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes! I would have appreciated more if the company had stayed true to their programme. It took a lot of nudging and interactions for them to start off paying more attention to our brand. However, once they did focus they were consistent.

Secondly, more initiative was missing in sense where we were coming up with more ideas on how to boost posts and get better engagement than the team should naturally be dedicated to. The company expected clients to come up with ideas however, other social media marketers we previously worked with have come up with new ideas without us having to probe them.

The beginning of the journey was extremely slow paced as the posting didn't start for nearly two weeks past the project which was very frustrating. However, they did caught on and gave us some good posts. Overall, they started with promising content but were unable to keep up with their offerings. So constructively they must put all their time and focus for the project they have in hand.

The builder they use, Divi, seems very intuitive and they really work on being available despite the time difference in the UK or USA.
