We started with a quick phone call explaining our immediate needs. From there I sent over the Figma file which contained all of the Design assets necessary as well as the Hi-Fi wireframe to Redstone. From there they quickly implemented the design into a WordPress site in roughly 2 weeks.

I worked directly with Yaroslav, who was our account manager. He provided a very direct line of communication with me and communicated all of our needs effectively with his team.

“Pizza Letta” is a pizza bakery & delivery service. It was found in 2018 in Lviv, Ukraine. At the moment, we have 2 bakeries within one city with 78 workers on board. Pizza Letta is a well-known brand & our product appears to be the most delicious pizza around the town.

We produce & deliver nearly 600 pcs per day. My name is Andrew Ivanov, I am the Operations Manager. One of my main tasks is the control and communication on the implementation of works in the field of SMM, CRM and website.

We were forced to find new web developers for our pizza delivery, since the previous site was not flexible to use. Any adjustments we had to wait for a months, the reason was that the previous contractor developed our site on Ruby.

And all the changes we needed to make, we had been waiting for them for a long time and they were expensive for us. And it was these costly and long-awaited factors that made us look for new programmers.

REDSTONE company was recommended to us by our company owner’s friend, who was highly satisfied with their work on the website for his café chain “Lviv’s croissants”.

With REDSTONE team is very comfortable to work. All the wishes we voiced, they fulfilled, and we have never heard that it is not possible. They came up with a very cool idea with a visualized pizza designer, and with this advice we became the first company in the Lviv market to have this functionality on the website.

They are also very detailed and responsible for their tasks. Such as, when I asked to change the page template after we approved it, they drew it in a short time and launched it on the main version of the site.

What was the team composition?

5 specialists were involved to work with us. I solved almost all the questions directly with the project manager in telephone mode or in meetings. We used different communication channels (viber, email, meetings, phone calls). In my opinion this is not a template solution, as I could call at 9pm and inform that I want to make some changes, and my appeal was easily accepted.

The moment when we were sent technical documents (audits, recommendations) was very comfortable. When owners of our company didn't understand some things, the project manager (Alexander) came to our office and explained everything very simply, which had a great influence on making a quick decision.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Creating this site gave us the opportunity to sell pizzas of different diameters, namely 30cm. After we introduced this option the number of pizzas sold increased by 40%, and this result exceeded our expectations. I cannot disclose the amount of money as it is a trade secret.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

As for me, the basis of project management is communication, and in REDSTONE there are no communication problems at all. Compared to the previous contractor, whose task could have been a week left unprocessed, these guys respond to the request within 30 minutes, and it is very convenient.

As I described above, the main source of communication is Viber and Email. No delays have been reported for REDSTONE at this time, all tasks are completed within clearly stated deadlines. There was one force majeure at the launch of the site, our site "lay down" but guys reacted instantly and 5 minutes after the appeal our site was working again.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What is most striking is the clarity and responsible attitude to work. There are very few such criteria on the market right now. This is the moment when you are not worried about whether the changes will be made in time, since the entire department can wait for the ad campaign to run.

In my opinion, this company is a market leader, and in my experience of working with them, I have nothing to offer for improvement.

Vinyl Club is shop which sell vinyl records and electronics for listening vinyls. I am the director of this store and a co-owner. Our company was founded in 2017.

When we opened the store, there were about 10-20 people in Lviv who were interested in vinyls. Today, our clients include most of the local youth, well-known musicians, actors and other cultural and political figures. We are actively developing it, as we see a good perspective in this area.

All this information is always in our merchandise accounting database and it is very inconvenient to move all these goods manually to the site, so it was important for us to create a site that would be synchronized with our accounting database and display an up-to-date list of goods.

The main tasks facing the creators of the site were as follows:

1. Full synchronization with the base in real time;
2. Minimize the risk of a situation where a purchase in a physical store did not lead to updating information on the site;
3. Creation of broad search filtering functionality;
4. Creating not just an online store, but a complete database of all vinyl, which can be used as ukrainian version of popular competitors.

This company was recommended to us by another company that has worked with Redstone for a long time already. At the time of the start of work between Vinyl Club and Redstone, part of the team was already familiar with the company and its work, as they worked with them on other projects.

From the beginning, the company gave us a clear understanding of what we will get as a result. There have been many meetings that discussed the mechanism of the site, its content, design and the process of importing files from our product database (1С).

It should be added that two teams of programmers worked on our site - one team of Redstone and the other - programmers from the company working with 1C program. It is no accident that the past time was used against the second team, because the work of the Redstone team revealed an unacceptable weakness of the team of 1C programmers.

Despite the fact that a team of 1C programmers constantly hampered the work process - Redstone always did their job flawlessly, and sometimes - not only their work, but also corrected the mistakes of 1C programmers.

We saw a radically different approach to doing the job and were forced to stop working with the second team (1C). We work with the Redstone team to this day.

The team that worked on the project consisted of 6 people - manager, designer, art director, two programmers, html coder.

After launching our site, sales did not rise immediately. But we continued to receive tips from Redstone that helped us promote our site. In a few months, sales on the site have increased several times and now we continue to introduce new features and expand product categories.

Thanks to the site, we were able to compete with stores in other cities of Ukraine, because before that our store was known mostly in our city.

Our website works fast and quality. Its structure is unique and much more convenient than the sites of our competitors. We can confidently say that our site is unique in Ukraine in the field of vinyl sales.

The whole process was organized by project manager who was the liaison between us as a customer and a team of programmers. We always received clear answers to our questions. All deadlines were adhered to.

The manager was always in touch and, most importantly, not just doing what we asked, but always presenting ideas based on his experience with similar projects.

What impressed us most was the client approach to this company. After the site was created, detailed training on its use was conducted. Redstone taught us how to properly fill a site, how to manage it, and explained even the size of the images for individual sections.
