We gave them a very thorough scope because we are a software development firm.  This included intended actions and screen mockups.  To guarantee the same outcomes on Macs as on Windows computers, we provided regression test files to the underlying file processing engine.  The third-party libraries we utilized within our code were likewise provided in Apple versions.  Our Windows program was usually our first point of reference because it showed the majority of the behavior and processing.

Mercury is the fourth version of the Mac software that we are now using.  To make it almost identical to the Windows version, we added a lot of additional functionality and file types.  The outcomes were better than we had anticipated, and we now have a reliable development partner with whom we are growing our relationship year.

Redot Global work led to the biggest Black Friday sale we'd ever had, beating our previous year by 22%. It's a bit early to provide any more stats, but we've been very happy with the results.

 They made a concerted effort to make sure that our app's architecture was optimized for both present and future maintainability.  A well-defined style guide that improved the developer experience and expedited the onboarding process for new team members was the outcome of this painstakingly managed change. 
 They offered thorough documentation, including an impact study and a clear timeframe, detailing the benefits and possible disadvantages of their strategy.  Our CTO and I had a thorough discussion about risk mitigations, making sure that any possible issues were dealt with early on.

In order for users to enter necessary information (such as URLs, email addresses, and contact data) and have associated QR codes generated, we needed a reliable and effective solution.  Additionally, this technology allows for customization of the size, color, and format of QR codes.  For compatibility, performance, and security, the website needed the right frameworks and technologies.  This covers database administration, system integration, and front-end and back-end programming.

They created a QR code generation tool that works flawlessly and is, in my opinion, aesthetically pleasing.  They also conducted extensive testing and are still offering helpful maintenance and support services.

In order to achieve our regulatory standards for medical certification, we initially conducted a few Miro-based discovery workshops before moving on to more specific requirements for the mobile app.  As a result, the project scope was better understood and improved.  Following this stage, a roadmap was created, development began in sprints, and we received periodic builds in addition to weekly talks regarding the technical implementation and project scope.

Although development is still ongoing, we have a solid, production-ready initial version of our app that complies with IEC62304 and is well-positioned to take over the codebase.
