What challenge were you trying to address with Redkite?

We needed a more powerful website with new features.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Redkite designed and developed our WordPress website from scratch. They created a platform that combines data, data visualization, and text. Regarding tools and technologies, they've used React for the interactive part, Figma for the design, and API integrations.

How did you come to work with Redkite?

A colleague referred them to us. They were working with Redkite and were happy with their services.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we've spent $75,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I'm very happy with their work and the site's performance. Moreover, we've received good feedback on the platform — it was a challenge to have an intuitive and straightforward interface that could give access to complex data and important resources.

How did Redkite perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines and are very responsive and communicative. We have weekly calls and also keep track of the project via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They go out of their way to find the best solution for my problems — their team listens to our requirements carefully and puts a lot of care into offering options. Moreover, I appreciate that they're the only ones thinking critically about my needs through proactive suggestions and helpful feedback.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their way of addressing my requirements.

Give them space to provide feedback.

I am the co-founder of Biopic Medical. We provide healthcare services, and our company is located in Israel, Romania, Russia, and Kazakhstan.

What challenge were you trying to address with Redkite?

We hired Redkite to provide software development services for our company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Redkite developed a custom web app and our iOS and Android mobile apps, building the software from scratch. The team used PHP, JavaScript, and React. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with about 15 teammates from Redkite.

How did you come to work with Redkite?

They were recommended to us by an advisor from our company because they had good feedback from previous clients. He gave us Redkite’s contact information, and we talked to them about the project. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent close to $300,000.

What is the status of the engagement?

Our collaboration lasted from May 2019–February 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Redkite did a great job — we were very happy with their work. 

How did Redkite perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great at managing the project and communicating. Although we had a few issues we needed them to sort out, they took care of them. We used Jira to manage the project and communicated through Slack and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed with the quality of Redkite’s work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were a few things they needed to work on, but we communicated that to them throughout the project.

Any advice for potential customers?

Be upfront and clear about what you need Redkite to accomplish from the very beginning.
