Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of DentHub. We focus on dent repair and hail damage restoration for vehicles, and we also do vehicle detailing.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with ReddTech Interactive?

I needed help with website design and social media marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ReddTech Interactive has designed my website and my Facebook page, and they’re now creating and managing my Facebook Ads. Initially, we met in my office and went over different strategies and marketing ideas. I also discussed things I wanted on my website and provided them with my logo for them to design everything else. In addition to Facebook Ads, we will launch Google Ads campaigns soon.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with Kyle (Owner).

How did you come to work with ReddTech Interactive?

When I pick clients’ cars up, I go to the meeting point on Uber so that I can then drive their cars to the shop. One time, Kyle was actually my Uber driver. He had hail damage on his car, so I got him into my shop to get his car fixed. Then, we started talking about my website, and he told me he was a website developer and had experience in digital marketing.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $2,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The site developed by ReddTech Interactive is of very high quality. It looks very good and super professional, and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. However, it is fairly new, so I haven’t seen a huge response from users yet.

How did ReddTech Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

ReddTech Interactive has met the deadlines and stayed on budget. We communicate via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ReddTech Interactive is very personable, and they try to get things done as if they were doing them for themselves.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. So far, I don’t have any constructive feedback for them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Stay in communication with them; answer their phone calls and emails because they’re very responsive themselves.
