I am the owner of a company that provides telematics services.

We needed a new app developed for my company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed an app which allowed our users to add animation to their photos. It was a mobile application on both Android and iOS. They provided the concept for us and we went through with their ideas.

How did you come to work with RedBytes Software?

I found them on the internet and decided to work with them because they were professional.

How much have you invested with RedBytes Software?

The project was between $10,000 and $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project is completed.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t had any sort of feedback yet, but the app has been downloaded 5,000-10,000 times so far. I was, however, hoping for more downloads.

How did RedBytes Software perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed very well. The project management is good because their communication was good. They provided me a schedule of each step of what they would do, met the deadlines, and would set up meetings to discuss the project through Skype.

What did you find most impressive about RedBytes Software?

The quality of the work and the customer service they provided distinguished them. They were always present if there was a problem.

Are there any areas RedBytes Software could improve?

The iOS app developer should speak with the android developer, otherwise the two applications could turn out different.
