The final product fully met our expectations. We launched a stable, fully functional mobile app with a sleek, user-friendly interface. We also stayed on track with our timeline and were able to launch as planned.

We had a couple of calls first, where Red Rocket involved the SCRUM master, Principal Engineer, and CTO to discuss the plan, establish the focus and agree on the ‘definition of done’. After several Discovery sessions, they created an SRS for the app, outlining the main functions, some Lo-Fi wireframes, integration specifics, and risks/assumptions.

We decided to use Go and React to create a web service that will receive large amounts of data, process it via AI integration, and share it back to our custom-made backend. We employed Agile and Scrum methodologies by conducting weekly sprints. In addition, the team utilized Slack for daily progress updates. We appreciated Red Rocket's decentralized approach and always open dialogue, which set them apart from other vendors. Their expertise and commitment to the project were commendable.

• We’ve deployed a decent PoC and run data and AI modeling tests to improve the feedback.

Daily standups facilitated direct interaction between our team members and enhanced efficiency and focus. Including “a bigger business picture”.

It was a great combination of easy-going, passionate, and experienced people. The freelancers and agencies we previously collaborated with now seemed just irrational to work with from now. They took responsibility for decisions from their knowledge area and openly expressed ideas to improve the rest of the product. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking both professional and friendly working experience.

There’s none I could say at this moment. We feel that they greatly improved our technology and contributed to scaling the business overall. There were some team miscommunications and gaps in coordination in the early stages of knowledge transfer, but this was addressed by adding a SCRUM master from the Red Rocket end. Everything has been great since then!

Based on the chats, we created a small SRS for the app, outlining main functions, wireframes & expected requirements. We were working with Red Rocket via weekly sprints, and the team provided their updates through text in Slack every day. We loved how decentralized they are and how open they’re to communicating with not only each other but also us. We previously worked with various vendors, but we were delighted by how Red Rocket treats the work - they know what they do!
