We hired Red Rocket Software to create an online store for Tesoro, our luxury pet clothing brand. Our goal was to obtain a marketplace that would be easy to manage and that would reflect the high-end fashion positioning.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started with wireframes, moodboards, user mapping, and then Red Rocket did web design, graphic design (brand book, packaging, business cards), and development. They also built a personalized customer account system, a birthday newsletter feature, and features for product personalization. Additionally, they developed an admin panel for easy management and selected a new brand color palette to better fit our positioning.

We used messengers to communicate and regular video calls to ensure we were always on the same page. It was easy to track the progress as the team was constantly communicating about it and presenting the results of their work.

During the first project, we worked on both an admin panel and a mobile application. For the second one, we focused on developing a Strapi website. We utilized such development technologies as Next.js, React Native, and Strapi to ensure that the solution was efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. Throughout the project, we collaborated on various features that include (but not limited to) user authorization and QR code data collection, which were essential to the success of the solution.

To have a weekly schedule of the working days of each team member working on the project with the hours. On several occasions, it has been impossible to reach a member for days during the week.
