We hired Reap Commerce to manage our Amazon ad campaigns, product pages, and overall Amazon presence on amazon.com

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to Reap Commerce and they performed an audit of the account to go over problem areas that they could fix.

Reap first delivered audit to show opportunities within the amazon account. After that we hired them and they began making the recommended changes within the account. They manage the monthly activity on the account and build out new campaigns to continue to scale the account.

I work with 3 people from Reap on my account.

Reap has profitably scaled my amazon account.

They are great communicators and we have monthly calls to review performance and go over next steps and growth objectives.

Their ability to dig into the data and find the best path forward has been amazing. They are also great at communicating and handling any issues that arise in the account.

Our focus is, and always will be, on qualified lead generation. My main focus is on converting more qualified leads into qualified sales revenue.

I was interviewing another creative agency and a resource sat in on the interview as he was working closely with them at the time.

We shuffle a variety of projects each quarter, but most focus on content creation. They turn job stories into actionable case studies, write newsletters, update web pages to increase conversions, and help us tell our unique story to customers.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have always done a great job. Our business is technical, so understanding our products and offerings is key.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Having more consistency in our account manager would help, so we don't need to reestablish the learning curve each time our contact changes. We have a complicated business. It's difficult and time-consuming to regularly give that information to new account managers.
