The website theme is fully responsive and displays correctly across all major browsers and devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile) without any visual bugs or layout issues.

All critical pages are complete and error-free, and a basic SEO configuration is in place, including a functional sitemap and properly configured meta descriptions and title tags for key pages, leading to the site being indexed by search engines.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rayblaze Global Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

Communication is the key; this aspect of web vendor management is where ANY relationship can always be improved, not only from the vendor side but also from the client. If I had to choose something for improvement, it would be improving communication on the ticketing system or in relation to the ticketing system. But this is a nit picky thing because this form is asking me to say something that could be improved, and so it's not that communication was not good because it was, but generally when I think of the project work, perhaps some details were missed when the ticket request was lengthy and required lots of detail ... but this is not only a vendor or Rayblaze thing; it's also a me/client thing. But in instances where something was misunderstood or missed, the Rayblaze team jumped in to fix and collaborate to complete the issue with 100% success.

I'm the managing director of systems development at Boxwood Means, a commercial real estate valuation, risk assessment, and research services company for lenders and investors. We specialize in small-cap CRE properties under $5 million across the US.

We were looking for a firm we could completely partner with that shared our priorities. It was critical to find a firm that would be 100% reliable and deliver high-quality, well-tested technology solutions that met our changing needs.

Rayblaze Global Pvt Ltd has helped us build all of our client and employee websites, tools, features, and functions for over a decade. With our specifications, requirements, and oversight, they've built our current public-facing website, our client-based (password-protected) website that includes our client dashboard, admin tools, and e-commerce, and our internal employee/contractor website, which provides a multitude of production, operational, and management tools.

Additionally, as our partners, they regularly review our specs and project goals and make recommendations that improve and enhance the results of our projects.

We've worked with about 10 teammates from Rayblaze Global Pvt Ltd over the years, including Manu and Rakesh.

About 10 years ago, Manu and Rakesh worked with another technology company. They were so impressive with our technology projects that they eventually left that company and formed Rayblaze Global Pvt Ltd. We enthusiastically followed them and now use their services for the majority of our systems and technology projects.

We started working with Rayblaze Global Pvt Ltd in January 2010, and our engagement is ongoing.

With the systems and tools that Rayblaze Global Pvt Ltd has helped us build, we've streamlined and modernized our client-facing e-commerce pages, significantly reduced our report production time, and greatly improved management visibility into our operations. We've easily shaved 20 minutes or more from our report production time with the enhancements made by Rayblaze Global Pvt Ltd. As a result, we can produce more reports with higher accuracy and better consistency.
