As an ecosystem business, we have multiple products and customers. We have a business accelerator for startups, an innovate hub located in London, and we also host demo days for investors. We have a very large audience and an engaged community. Our website is the main channel where we must clearly articulate our mission and USP, and also be able to convert all interested parties to the right streams in our funnel. The key challenge is that we have multiple stakeholder profiles and multiple user journeys. And the website must be clear and effective for each user.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We met Mikael and the team through a referral. We wanted to work with a team that not only developed the website, but also contributed to the ideation process and helped us to develop a marketing funnel.

We used WordPress for the website. The scope of the project was to develop the new version of the FemTech Lab website, implement various sign-up buttons throughout and to integrate Google Analytics. The website also integrates with our Eventbrite and Airtable.

We worked closely with Mikael, the founder. He made the project seamless and communicated well between the FemTech Lab team and the Rattlesnake team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We are very happy with the outcomes. We now receive daily inbound from potential customers and partners through the website. It's very easy for us to make updates to the website as well, because the RS team set everything up very intuitively and provided clear user guides for our marketing team.

RS is very easy to communicate with. They are transparent about timelines and respond quickly to requests. We used Notion (our own internal tool) to track all tasks - thanks to RS flexibility and adapting to our project management software.

The main task was to create a multi-page website for financial blogging, including back end admin panel and custom animations / aesthetic elements. The goal was to create a fast and neatly organised website, that would seamlessly open on all devices and screen sizes, and will not contain any major noticeable bugs. In addition, we asked to create a unique branding for the website, integrating colours, fonts and overall geometry of the pages into one coherent framework.
