Lastly, a mobile app was developed, enabling personal tracking of business activities, including orders, assigned personnel, and issue resolution, ensuring streamlined management and improved operational control.

We needed support with our tours and travel website, which should be modern, aesthetic, and have good SEO, especially in terms of PageSpeed Insights.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rasonix provided branding and website development services. Regarding branding, they delivered 2–3 logo design concepts, the final selected logo, and a color palette for brand consistency. Regarding website development, Rasonix installed, set up, and configured WordPress. They integrated core plugins, customized the theme (header, footer, layout, colors, typography), and set up the page structure (menus, navigation, permalinks). The team also created page placeholders for the primary website sections and set up custom trip types for tour packages. They added fields for the itinerary, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, FAQs, and gallery. Rasonix implemented a booking and inquiry system using form plugins, set up email triggers, validation, and SMTP, and integrated content (text, images, blogs, tour details). They also implemented technical SEO, including speed optimization, caching, image compression, minification, and an SEO-friendly structure. Finally, the team tested and debugged the website on mobile, tablet, and desktop, checked cross-browser compatibility, and did the final review, launch setup, DNS configuration, and backup creation.

Rasonix fully delivered the project as per the agreed scope. All included features were functional and implemented, and the website was handed over in a complete working state. The website speed score was 95 for mobile and 93 for desktop. Moreover, the website was indexed very quickly, and we could run Google Ads the next day it was handed over to me.
