Rapid Dev helped me with a complete project scope, completed all the UX/UI designs, and then built the product to our agreed standards. The product included a recommendation engine, customer onboarding, support requests, and user management.

We are now able to start onboarding paying customers.

How did Rapid Dev perform from a project management standpoint?

We received weekly updates and project timeline milestones. The milestones were achieved when each step of the build process was complete. Rapid Dev was very responsive and kept their promises.

We slipped from the original project timeline slightly, but it was handled right away. We found an alternative solution to the product roadblock that still accomplished the feature goal without sacrificing more time. We communicated via email and Zoom.

Their consistency was impressive. It was a very positive experience, and they worked hard.

We worked together to build a functional app from my initial idea, then handled the wrapping and submission to the Apple App store. They integrated a real-time response streaming feature, which provided users with instant feedback and allowed adjustments to the generated content. Other key deliverables included an admin dashboard for managing subscriptions, user metrics, and the integration of cost-calculating tools so users could track expenses associated with each content generation.

They moved quickly, like us.

Overall, our experience with Rapid Dev was positive and we recommend them regularily. If I had to suggest improvements, a few more proactive suggestions regarding UX design could have provided even greater clarity on user interactions. We had a couple issues using the Jira platform, but nothing major.
