The strategy we received was excellent. Very thorough investigation and consulting by the Rankings team. The big result for us was a pathway to grow our rankings, authority, and ultimatelly sales. There was considerable amount of detail put into how we are going to compete with other larger players and most importantly, how we are going to take market share in a competitive space. It was by far and away one of the best experiences I've had working with an agency.

Finally, they have maintained our website such that it is never down and always available for prospective clients and referring attorneys.

What I find most impressive or unique about this company is how they've niched themselves into helping personal injury law firms with their approach to digital marketing. Most digital marketing firms take on whatever clients they can in whatever industries. Rankings.io, on the other hand, solely helps law firms using their expertise and experience in the field to improve their clients' digital standing.

No. I believe Rankings.io has delivered what they said they would when they said they would.

We continue to rank very highly in all of the markets in which we do business. They are consistently learning and keeping us in the loop on new trends and ensuring that we are ahead of the curve when it comes to emerging technologies. 

Google is an ever-changing, fast-paced machine and we would simply be lost without the intellect and & work ethic of the Rankings team. We feel informed at all times of what's going on with our business online and can confidently say they always have our best interests in mind.

AJ, my account representative, communicates with me on projects, status, and rank changes and promptly responds to my questions and requests. Our contract should have been more clear and specific for minimum links and quality of links. The contract went long and the communication wasn’t always clear due to a project manager change. But in the end their work was really strong. They are a great company to work with.

Rankings.io didn't explain their process well, and there were many ups and downs. Once we started the project, they shifted us around because one of their teammates had left, which made things confusing for us. 

Once another teammate took over, the process improved. They’d email us content and suggestions, and we created a sheet for them to track their link-building efforts.

Rankings.io is very professional, and they look good on paper. Their website is impressive, and the team members are good at leading meetings and presentations. They also have a good network of resources. 

In what specific areas can they improve?

Rankings.io could definitely improve on their quality and quantity of work for the price. They also could have been more upfront about the work they intended to deliver. 

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

I advise establishing the minimum work and time frame in which they should accomplish the work. Be very clear and upfront about your expectations.
