The scope of work were the following:

• Keyword research & mapping for everything on the website for the educational portion of the website (500+ pages)
• Technical SEO consult for anything glaring that we may need to fix
• Metadata optimizations with keyword injections into the meta data based on their previous research

Can't give any measurable outcomes, but can include that their work was highly respected and we implemented all of their recommendations

Weekly cadence and updates for project management, was able to give me detailed recommendations based on our initial scope, communication through email and video calls. Hit all of the timelines.

We were impressed with their SEO knowledge and how much they were able to teach me based on their previous experiences working on several other companies. Highly trusted SEO consultants and experts.

Nope - everything was done very well and I would 100% recommend them.

I am the SEO Manager for an ecommerce website based in the Atlanta area. We sell indoor air quality products, including but not limited to: air purifiers, dehumidifiers and humidifiers, ventilation fans, heaters, and fans. We also heavily rely on our content strategy (blogs, articles, videos, etc) to inform and arm our customers with the knowledge they need to make a purchase on our site.

We hired Raleigh Digital for a two part audit: Content Marketing and Technical SEO. We had never had a full scale, in-depth audit done for our website and we knew it was time.

Our goals were to make sure we did not have any glaring technical errors with the way our site is set up (pagination, canonicals, large images, etc) along with hiring Raleigh Digital to be a second set of eyes when it came to our content strategy (content gaps, duplicate content, etc).

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A friend recommended their services. When I spoke to the company and they were willing to customize their audit to my specific website's needs, I was sold. Most places will work off of a standard template with little to no customization, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get everything I needed with Raleigh Digital.

My initial communication with Raleigh Digital was where I laid out what we were looking for in terms of an audit, including specific deliverables under the Content and Technical portions of the audit.

Raleigh Digital then created a scope of work for me to sign off on, which listed the specific tasks in each section of the audit, along with the time frame they needed to complete everything (10-21 days for the Content audit and the same timeframe for the Technical audit). Deliverables were sent over in clean, nice looking reports that were easy to understand and follow.

I worked primarily with the company's owner.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our team has reviewed and taken action on 6 out of 15 key deliverables. While we are still working through some of the items (due to company bandwidth and internal prioritization), we have been very happy with the data and information we were given and look forward to continuing our review of the work provided. Based on Raleigh Digital's audit, we were able to create 10 new pieces of content to help fill content gaps that existed across our site.

This content has performed well for us. We have also been able to address other content concerns. On the technical side, we have worked through some of the larger images on our site to help improve site speed, along with other key technical issues laid out in the audit.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We did not have regular calls or meetings because they weren't needed, but Raleigh Digital was able to answer any questions I had in a timely, knowledgeable manner. Their workflow was effective, and they handed over deliverables in the time frame they promised in the original scope of work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was able to get everything I needed in an audit from the same company for a reasonable price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Truly, no. I was very happy with their services!
