Deadlines ware always met. We used Skype as meeting and for short talks and mail for assignments etc. Their English is really good and they understand very well what you mean. So language is no barrier.

We have worked with them for many years. I initially gave them a few small jobs and evaluated them through these tasks.

The project was to go into a CMS and edit the code to get a custom component working properly. They went into the site and edited the files to get everything back up and running. This latest project was to change the search function of the website where it worked smoothly in multiple languages.
