I'm the COO of Cloudway Consulting, one of the SAP implementation partners. We started our operations back in 2007, and we've been focusing on developing SAP applications, including cloud solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with R Centric Information Technology Co.?

Back in 2020, we were looking to create marketing collateral because we wanted to attract more SAP leads for our organization. Thus, we contacted R Centric to help us out.

What was the scope of their involvement?

R Centric helped us design new media and marketing collateral for lead generation purposes. We already had content, so we initially provided them with that content, and they evaluated it for us. The team conducted a brief session with us to help us understand the content changes we could expect. Based on that session, R Centric then refined our content and ultimately delivered the required marketing collateral.

What is the team composition?

We had 2–3 teammates from R Centric working on our project. The team included Amit (Director of Business Development), who was our support person; Karan (Co-Founder), who was part of the core team; and Prashant (Account Executive) from the delivery team.

We found them through a recommendation. Family members and friends of us had already worked with R Centric, so they recommended them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around September 2020, and the project lasted for seven months.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had a good experience working with R Centric. We hired them to get more engagement through our media and marketing collateral to increase our lead generation. Their work resulted in a positive impact in that regard — for the following six months, we got great leads.

How did R Centric Information Technology Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

Throughout the project, our budget went higher than expected, but our needs also changed. During our discussions, R Centric introduced upcoming trends, which we also liked; that's why the budget increased. Nonetheless, the project timelines were met.

What did you find most impressive about them?

R Centric has an excellent team with a very good vision and great turnaround times.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our overall experience with R Centric was good, and I'm sure that after three years, they've improved in many areas. Back then, we were going through the COVID-19 pandemic, so everyone was working remotely. We didn't get the chance to meet in person. I'm sure that they're now meeting clients in person as well. As for the project scope, there was no room for improvement; whatever we requested, they delivered it.

Expanding their global presence might help them, but I'm sure they'll be doing that. During our engagement, they were mainly working in India, but they had plans to support the UAE as well. It would also be great if they expanded their marketing services.

What challenge were you trying to address with R Centric Information Technology Co.?

We required assistance in creating a website and landing page, as well as in launching a lead-generation marketing campaign. Additionally, we aimed to draw attendees to an event where we showcased a city solution we were implementing. Our objectives included boosting brand awareness, increasing sales, and generating leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We engaged R Centric Information Technology Co. to design a landing page, microsite, and marketing campaign for our events. Our plans included hosting a Rise with SAP event. R Centric Information Technology Co. was tasked with overall branding, lead generation, landing page design, website development, and event management, including venue selection, agenda creation, and organizing food menus, photographers, and videographers.

The team provided multiple design iterations for the event's branding, collaborating with our product's branding team due to its distinction from our corporate branding. R Centric Information Technology Co. proposed ideas for the marketing campaign and strategies to attract clients. They conducted an online campaign on Instagram and LinkedIn and designed the event's landing pages. Additionally, they confirmed attendees through their call center services.

What is the team composition?

We collaborated with R Centric Information Technology Co.'s marketing, design, UI/UX, branding, and offline marketing teams. In total, we worked with 15 team members. However, I personally communicated with three specific individuals: one from the offline marketing team, one from the design team, and one from the online campaign management team.

How much have you invested with them?

The overall budget was around $80,000, although we spent more on commissions for marketing campaigns.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with R Centric Information Technology Co. on this project from January–March 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

R Centric Information Technology Co.'s work quality met our expectations. The events had around 100–300 attendees, and we generated many leads, which increased our whole half-yearly sales force. After this project, we've engaged with the team again and are currently working on a marketing campaign for a new event.

How did R Centric Information Technology Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

R Centric Information Technology Co. delivered work on time and communicated via Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp. The team used Jira for project management, although I didn't collaborate with them on that platform.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to shout out Amit's (Director, Business Development) work for leading a successful event.

R Centric Information Technology Co. was good at sales development. Overall, our landing pages and events turned out amazing — the best work I had seen.

I'm the head of product at OMNIYAT, a real estate development company. We focus on the construction of luxury projects in Dubai related to the hospitality industry. As head of product, I manage the development of our website and app, as well as anything to do with our Salesforce, CRM, or ERP system integrations.

We needed their team’s development expertise.

What was the scope of their involvement?

R Centric has helped us with all of our IT setups — they're like a one-stop shop for everything we require regarding technology. Their team has helped us launch a product focusing on property listing for the real estate sector. Their team has also helped us launch another product with the help of third-party providers, which required mobile app development and Salesforce integration.

In total, R Centric has worked with us on around 15 projects. Basically, they support our vision for technology products. As for the technology stack, the team has used React, as well as Node.js for backend development. A lot of web development projects have used Webflow. Recently, we did a payment gateway integration, for which they used Stripe.

What is the team composition?

I have four teammates from R Centric dedicated to our account because we work on multiple things. Whenever there's a website development project ongoing, we also work with R Centric's design team. In total, I've interacted with 10–15 teammates.

How did you come to work with R Centric Information Technology Co.?

Someone in a similar market to us recommended them. When we reached out them, we provided them with an RFP. We didn't come from a technology background, so our RFP only detailed that we wanted to build these products and develop this technology. Even though the RFP was very incomplete, they came back to us and offered solutions, detailing what they could do for us.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent between 1.2 million–1.3 million Emirati Dirhams (approximately $327,000–$354,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with R Centric around June 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're very happy with R Centric's work. We've been working with them for more than a year, and our growth has been fantastic. Overall, our projects have been very successful, which is why we still have them on board. We've seen how well they've elevated our brand in the luxury sector with the design of our technology. R Centric is very fast and performance-driven, so everything they do looks good and is highly optimized.

How did R Centric Information Technology Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

Although we don't come from a technology background, R Centric has come on board to work with us. They haven't only done what we ask for, but they've also held meetings, understood our requirements, done a deep dive into those requirements, and provided us with solutions and guidance on how to address these projects. Their team also explains what's feasible and what's not; that's the kind of intelligence they bring to the table.

On top of that, R Centric is very efficient with timelines, so they always deliver on time. If they promise to do something by tomorrow, I'll have it done the next day and with great quality — that's the level of commitment we get from them.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I would like to give a shout-out to one of our developers. He's very tech-savvy and great at addressing issues. I also want to give a shoutout to Amit (Director of Business Development), who always comes to us when we need him.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The good thing about working with R Centric is their understanding. For every project, they sit with us, do a workshop, and come up with a solution for the product we need. Thanks to this collaborative approach, I'm constantly learning while doing these projects.

Another good thing about R Centric is that we can talk directly with the developers. Other agencies provide an account manager with whom to interact, but with R Centric, we can collaborate directly with the developers to understand their challenges. That way of working is very nice and helpful for us as clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only piece of advice I've already given them is that I wish for them to have a presence local to us, which they've already started working towards. Every company aims towards country expansions, so it would be good if they came here so that we could have weekly in-person meetings.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Trust them and be open about the problem you're trying to address. If R Centric can understand your problem clearly, they'll come up with a solution that's exactly what you're looking for on the first try.
