We searched online and found Quokka Labs. Went through online ratings and after interviews decided on going with them.

The project is to develop a mulit tenant web app using laravel framework with AWS hosting services.

Mainly worked with one project manager as main contact through out the project implementation stage.

The deliverables are delivered within acceptable timelines and prices and quality.

Thorogh and on point communication. The best part of the whole project is clear and quick communication.

The team is agile throughout the workflow. Their communication is the best part

Room for improvement in Quality along with using latest and greatest in terms of available technologies

Develop a leadership assessment platform to send 360° assessments. Complete the development in 4 months.

Great founders who had experience in building similar tools.

Automate the current antiquated tools we had in place to send out assessments in bulk. I don't remember all the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used, except their incredible team made the deadlines.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We sent out 100 assessments at one time on an aggressive timeline. Outside of a few small hiccups, we delivered for our clients.

We had two calls a week and went to three calls a week as our timeline approached. We spoke via Whatsapp, Google Meet, and email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their willingness to be flexible and adaptable to a moving target was outstanding. We had to make some changes halfway through the project, and the team navigated them beautifully. Specifically, Sanchit and Suny will go to any end to make the project successful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they did a fantastic job.

I can very honestly recommend the company without any "buts". There are a few important, and I would say, unique features of the team - they know how to listen, they understand what they hear, they are capable to plan the work, they do the work on time with flying colors.

And moreover, they are gentle, nice people, it is just nice to be with them. I worked with the company for around 3 years, and we developed useful products for Government of India, managing major programmes for implementing renewable energy projects. I was a Team Leader of the project EU India Technical Cooperation Project: Energy.

We have just finsihed the build and are in the middle of our first round of investing.

Communication was excellent throughout the project, design was on a level comparable to western build agencies, timelines effected by Covid but completed.

Willingness to help, client focus, design acumen, engagement with the project and understanding, a true partner.
