We wanted to achieve three main objectives - 

1. Develop an AI chatbot for 24/7 customer interaction (support, FAQs, transactions).
2. Build a recommendation system to suggest products/services based on user behavior.
3. Integrate both systems with existing platforms (e.g., CRM, e-commerce)
