My request was to develop, test and improve a custom Wordpress/woocommerce plugin which requires a lot of work to begin with but also bug testing and improvements after the initial build which the team handled perfectly.

The speed at which transactions were completed as well as the API request and transactional currency exchanges being done successfully and adjusting dynamically which all worked perfectly.

We have a Web Panel build using Perfex CRM. We wanted to integrate Payment Gateways like Square, Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase using OAuth so our user don't have to enter keys manually into the system as they are non-technical.

We shortlisted 3 developers for this project although Abid and his team didn't work on Perfex CRM earlier still after communicating with them I felt confident that these are the right guys to take this project and they have completed the project on time and on budget with excellent communication throughout the project.

A Project Manager which was Abid was our main point of contact and in the backend 2 people were working on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Abid and his team have integrated all 4 gateways quickly. Initially, we just asked them to integrate Square and Stripe after they were done with those we asked them to integrate PayPal and Coinbase too successfully. I am very much impressed with their work and communication throughout the project.

We communicated majorly on Skype and Zoom. They were actively communicating, which is very rare these days where people take a lot of projects and just couldn't successfully communicate. They provided the deliverables on time, even though it was a research based project.

The most impressive thing about the company is active communication throughout the project and even after deployment ability to support us post delivery.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Most of the things are perfect with this company but one thing I would definitely like to point out is they need a better QA person as sometimes I had to point some basic bugs which should have been discovered by them which could save my time.

We had a zoom meeting and they asked me what I wanted created and they gave me a blueprint on the design of the website. Then they started building the website and each step of the site development they showed me and i was really impressed. They used react, php, and the framework was laravel. This agency had the best delivery time they were able to finish my project in less than a week.
