We’ve had a few jobs trickle through and four new customer inquiries as a direct result of the new Google profile and landing page. We’ve also been able to refer people to the page to showcase our work.

Q agency delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Deployment of finished code.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Never have I wasted so much money. Nothing went smoothly. The developers lacked experience and wrote some of the worst quality code we've ever seen. We're still dealing with their bugs more than a year later. This relationship almost tanked my business.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was impressive how much they kept charging us for such poor performance. Their lack of speed and efficiency was equally impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Q agency could have done differently?

Pretty much everything should have been better.

We have many clients that we have worked with successfully for over 6+ years building thriving ongoing relationships. A few notes in response to your comments:

• you are critical of our developers, but you (unsuccessfully) tried to poach them from Q to work directly for you
• all of our suggestions for process & delivery improvements were declined, even though we have great working relationships with many startups and enterprise companies and a track record across 100s of companies in building value
• you mistreated our team members to the fact many of them asked (and were granted) to be moved on some of our other projects
• you insisted on managing everything by yourself (since you are a one-man-band) and refused any help we offered multiple times

Given the fact we ended our relationship almost two years ago after your unsuccessful attempt to poach our employees, we cannot see your review as anything other than a malicious attempt to undermine our credibility, but still, we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and hope you found the right partner for your business.

We provide a chatbot for the Norwegian municipalities and Q has helped us to create a control panel for that chatbot. Our clients can, through the control panel, easily organize the content of the chatbot.

With the assistance of the Q developers, we have been able to build a control panel that will work for 85 Norwegian municipalities, plus all Nordic partner countries.

The project was managed from Norway, with the Q developers located in Croatia. When the project started for real, this has been an effective way of working together.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Q's strength is their ability to follow up on questions from their clients at short notice. Nothing seems impossible.
