Users who come to my site always compliment how nice it looks. This website is a nice reference point for someone who wants to learn about what I do. Python Force Corp delivers extremely high-quality work. Although I don't understand technical terms, everything they do is very clear, making my website come together beautifully. Whenever I notice something, I've been able to explain what I'm thinking, and Radovan has been able to put my ideas together technically.

Python Force Corp always delivers on time. Radovan is always accessible and responsive. Whenever I need to set up a meeting, he always sets it up at a convenient time. He's also very responsive via email and sends me a link for remote access whenever he needs to ensure I didn't save a file wrong. Overall, Radovan is very accommodating to the communication channel that works best for me at the time. 

What did you find most impressive about them?
Radovan is great at handling all my IT needs. He's very good at what he does; I would probably be lost without him. I also like his web design skills. He's very thorough, which is hard to find these days.

There's nothing Python Force Corp could improve on. So far, everything has been great. That's why I keep working with them.

Talk to them and tell them what you're looking for. Working with them is very seamless.

The main measurement of success for me is their response time when dealing with IT issues. Python Force Corp is consistent in providing immediate solutions for all of my IT problems — I can always count on them to get back to me within 5 minutes after I reach out to them. They always make themselves available whenever I have to give a speech so that they can quickly help me if an issue arises.

Python Force set up a complex network for us. They also installed — and now periodically maintain — the technology that we use to back up our entire database. We rely on them to conduct updates and fix any issues with both systems to ensure that these are functioning properly. 

On a daily basis, they handle our email management system and internet-related tasks. Their team oversees and manages all of our other IT systems.

Every day, when we go in and do our work, everything works well. Python Force has done what they’re supposed to, and we’re very happy with their services. We’ve had only very few problems over the course of our engagement.

They’re very good communicators, and they respond to us fast. In fact, we’ve never had to wait, especially when we’re in an emergency situation. Whenever I need them, they’re always available and willing to work out the issue.

In terms of budget, the rate they charge is reasonable compared to the industry standard. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed by their honesty. I’ve worked with other providers who have done unnecessary, careless work, but Python Force has been very transparent and capable. The solutions and suggestions they’ve made have all proven to be very good. Compared to the other IT people I’ve worked with in the past, this team has been absolutely wonderful.

We wanted to create a website for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Python Force created a website that was specifically designed for our needs. We then integrated it with a Shopify cart function. In terms of our requirements, we wanted the site to be secure; it should also allow us to interact with other people from different countries and to use various currencies. We also want to have an easy inventory system; we needed it to be streamlined because we had both wholesale and retail focuses. 

Moreover, our team requested the site to be more visual. That entailed putting videos and images on the website, along with a newsletter. We wanted all of these to make the site look like an interactive magazine page.

We were initially recommended to Python Force, but their services were outside of our budget. As a result, I hired another team that was cheaper. However, it was a mistake, and I ended up reaching out to Python Force again and hiring them for this project.

The website was well-received. It was easy to navigate and interactive; my customers were happy with the way they could find all products. Python Force set up the images and everything else in a great way. Simply put, the website was done amazingly — everybody liked what they did.

Python Force’s project management was highly professional, and they had great communication. When I had ideas early in the morning, I could text or email them and would immediately get a response — they were on top of it right away. Overall, they were highly positive and patient with explaining things.

The money I invested in them was the best I ever spent. They were amazing — I’d recommend them to anybody starting a business. My main point of contact held my hand throughout the process, and it was incredible. Overall, they were knowledgeable and on top of their game.

If they were a little bit less expensive, I would have done more with them. To be fair, the money was well spent.

Listen to Python Force even if it costs you a bit more money. Then, move forward. If you don’t move on, you risk wasting time, money, and resources.

JE: For the past decade, Python Force Corp has been our partner for everything tech-related. 

Initially, they’ve replaced our out-the-box website and developed a new one. We’ve contributed to the site’s design and created its content since we have in-house designers. They finalized the site’s layout, photo presentation, and content optimization. Their team implements site updates 1–2 times a year. 

Python Force Corp also helps us keep up with the necessary technology to maintain a visible and dynamic platform. Additionally, they advise our team on how to optimize what we’re doing on social media and our website. 

JS: We started with a discussion about branding, and Python Force Corp helped us transform our logo into an animated one. We then moved on to the actual development and design of our website and put a strong focus on optimizing its performance for both desktop and mobile devices.

We supplemented the design with some graphic images and content that their team can visually enhance to highlight our best works. Currently, Python Force Corp is providing us with ongoing site maintenance and support to make sure the platform is secured and updated.

I didn’t do any advertising campaigns, but I needed people to find me. As a result, I hired Python Force to help me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Python Force initially developed my website. I told them the colors I’d like to have, and they chose the right layout for the website. They then integrated it with an email form, where users could put their information and request to talk to me. I’d receive an email, allowing me to communicate with the user through an email server. 

At present, they also provide me with SEO services. The team has helped me link the website to my booking platform. On top of that, they’ve set up accounts for my business on Google, Yelp, and Facebook — they also manage all my social media channels. If something pops up, such as spam calls, they help me deal with it. Their resources have also designed the mobile version of my website. 

So far, they continue to provide maintenance services for the website. They’ve even helped me when I had to relocate my business, tweaking the website so that people can easily find me. The team has also reached out to Google to let them know that I’ve relocated to Georgia so I should no longer be listed in North Carolina.

Moreover, I always receive compliments from my clients on how easy it is to navigate the website.

We needed help with web development. We started using a web template, but once we put in our content, it was clear that it wasn’t working well because it was beyond our scope and skill set.

Once we got the scope of work, we discussed with Python Force Corp how they could help. We had some menu item problems, so they went in and fixed those and some alignment linking issues. We worked with WordPress templates, but Python Force Corp probably did their coding to make the website work.

We worked with them through another company; we were doing mailed newsletters. Python Force Corp had a great history and body of work, so it was an obvious choice.

We started working with them in December 2023, and they took a week to complete the work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We struggled for weeks to get the website to work, and Python Force Corp was able to do it in just one week. When we went into the review of the site, everything worked as expected. We’ve tested it with multiple groups.

Since then, we’ve seen an increase in site traffic. Moreover, we fully expect to be involved with Python Force Corp later down the road as we start to expand the business. We’ll probably have to tap them to do more work.

How did Python Force Corp perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through emails. They did a great job being on the same page; everything was clear. We didn’t need to have an excessive amount of notes going back and forth.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their ability to make everything easy. Sometimes people look at your project and tell you something will be a problem, but Python Force Corp always got it. They understood what we asked them to do, were excited about it, and were pleasant to deal with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, our requests were fairly simple, and if something didn’t work, we talked it through.

Just be honest. We only told them what we wanted to fix; we couldn’t advise them on the best way to do it. That was completely their ballpark.
