The fact that I had the pleasure of working with the same person for a very long time (and I still do). After scoping our needs carefully, and taking into account our business goals, timeline and budget, they've managed to build a launch plan and a shared working process that made us go live on time! We made sure to keep multiple communication channels open and have continues alignment along every milestone of the project. High-frequency and clear and open communication were what made the project successful.

The Purple team is of course top-notch when it comes to the development and design of digital applications, that's a no-brainer...But what really sets them apart is the fact that they're driven by customer value, not by additional cash. This means they they'll do everything in their power to make sure you're seeing value from the end product.

Also, I never heard the words 'No' or 'I can't do it', add to that competitive pricing (I evaluated multiple vendors), and you get an awesome vendor to partner with.

It would probably be better to split complex web pages components to multiple design and development stages, so the customer can provide feedback early on as possible.

We implemented the new software on five customer projects, including two of our customer metering projects. Those two customers are very satisfied with the software because they can be more independent and it's user-friendly. Other customers are satisfied with the software, although they haven't started fully using it yet.

Throughout the project, I've communicated with the project manager through WhatsApp and emails. We also have scheduled weekly telephone calls. Their team has relayed all project pieces to me via email for approval.

PURPLE knows what they're doing — their team is vibrant and really understands the technical aspects of their work, including API and software integrations and product security measures. The ingredients for a good partnership are there: they're willing to assist on any projects, they're professional, and the value for the investment made is great.

We've ended up quite a bit over budget, but we've been happy with the result.

Research the subject, Apply user research to fit the needs of each one. Design the solution, the software has a great focus on UX and the work that has been done by PURPLE is amazing people are able to use the solution one-handed almost without looking at the screen Development and maintenance.

After defining the solution in detail, we started the development process based on weekly releases that helped me see the project progress and also allowed us to get feedback from the clients. Since our launch, we have included more features and improved the system, and we continue to do so every month with new features and improvements.

The project research came out within the timeline and budget that was agreed on, later the development process took even less time than initially estimated, since the launch we have applied more features so are we working with monthly releases and continue to improve the project

Purple did a great job of providing an accurate and detailed project timeline, which helped me prepare anything needed from my side, in a timely manner.

Over the course of the project, if there were ever any updates to the project timeline, I would be notified immediately. The communication has been exactly as I hoped and I am constantly impressed by the level of service I receive from them.

After a few iterations (if needed) PURPL team designed and created the HTML, QAing it, developed the logic, reviewed the code, and deployed it on production. Since the beginning, our working methodology has changed dramatically, we are working on a roadmap with weekly scopes. We developed tens of features, complex integrations, and unique APIs. We see more organic traffic thanks to the dev work with the right SEO structure and an amazing site speed loading. We created an easy log-in area for returning customers that enables an effortless reorder process that increases retention dramatically by 60%.
