We hired Punchkick Interactive to help with re-branding and the user experience of our candidate application interface.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to enhance the user experience process.

How did you select this vendor?

They came recommended to me through a colleague. We had a few initial conversations and decided to move forward with them.

Describe the project in detail.

Punchkick Interactive began by scoping out the project on a few calls. Then they came back to us with a mockup of what the new application interface would look like. We had some back and forth on adjustments that needed to be made. We eventually landed on what we wanted, and they moved forward with development. We’ve used them for two re-brands thus far with our application interface.

What was the team composition?

We worked with an account manager and a lead engineer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The look and feel is exactly what we were looking for. Punchkick Interactive worked really fast to get us the final product. They went above and beyond doing a few things for us that were out of the scope of work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is great. Punchkick Interactive is extremely responsive and always available. They work fast, but also pay attention to the details that we asked for. Their customer service is also great.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Punchkick Interactive’s customer service, passion, and focus is what helps us hit our goals. They’ve started to feel like an extension of our in-house department.

I work in marketing for an insurance company and oversee many of our digital platforms. I’m responsible for managing our brand and delivering valuable communications to clients and partners.

We engaged Punchkick to build and maintain our website.

What were your goals for this project?

My company wanted a custom-designed, mobile-first website that would be responsive across all devices. In many cases, a website is the first impression that a company makes, and it’s a critical asset in establishing the credibility needed to convert clients. We intended to represent our brand authentically and provide easy navigation for learning about our products and services. Ultimately, we hoped to generate leads.

How did you select this vendor?

I didn’t join my company until after they’d selected Punchkick Interactive, but I couldn’t be happier with the choice.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Punchkick Interactive developed and deployed a new WordPress site. They began the project with research and consulting and then did UX design and site testing. They also created several efficiencies on the backend. They continue to maintain the site and provide QA.  

What was the team composition?

We work with an account principal, graphic designer, project manager, developers, QA tester, and analyst. The team can scale as needed, which is very helpful.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We’ve had a range of successes. Peers often ask who built our site, while clients who’d never heard of us say that our site made them want to work with us. The website is a vehicle for driving leads to our doorstep. Also, the efficiencies on the backend save administrators considerable time.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team is great at project management. They provide careful sprint planning, thoughtful estimations of work, and responsive communication, especially if something is expected to take more time or we’re approaching our budget. We've been very successful at managing expectations and staying on track to achieve our goals.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Punchkick Interactive is a long-term partner that looks out for our best interests. They counsel us on the best approach to take, even if it doesn’t serve them immediately. We recently had the most seamless, hands-off experience transitioning team members, which I’ve found is rarely the case with other vendors.

Punchkick Interactive doesn’t miss a beat, and I’m continually impressed by the level of organization and the caliber of work that they deliver. They provide creative problem-solving and trusted thought leadership. They continue to improve the website so that we can expand features and content and improve performance.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We talk openly about anything that can be done differently, and Punchkick Interactive takes such discussions very seriously. They’ve figured out how to work with us on our terms while utilizing their proven processes. They provide a personalized experience that makes the client feel like the center of their universe.

We wanted to develop an entirely new careers site and continue the development of additional landing pages and careers sites for subsidiary companies.

We wanted to enhance our entire employment brand with an entirely new careers site.

They were recommended to us.

They performed web development, software development, and web design. They also implemented Oracle Taleo Social Sourcing and additional customized landing pages.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of an account executive, a product development lead, a web development lead, and internal associates (including myself and an IT liaison).

The project has significantly improved our employment brand.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was extremely effective—several project plans were managed by Punchkick.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very communicative and easy to work with. They’re knowledgeable about implementing websites that are optimized for mobile devices and recruiting purposes.
