Over the last 1.5 years the team significantly improved the application by delivering new functionalities. In addition to development, a dedicated Project Manager is diligently overseeing the project backlog, actively leading Agile ceremonies and implementing process improvements. 

Key Deliverables:

• Howdy Outreach - Finds leads and collects users from engagement on Instagram and Twitter. 
• Howdy Discover - Fills user inbox every day with 100 new leads based on their preferences. 
• Message Templates - Managing the custom and follow up templates for better messaging experience. 
• Magic DMs - AI generates engaging DMs based on the template and automates the process. 
• Campaigns Management - Manages user’s scheduled campaigns and engagements.

pubGENIUS has robust Project Management expertise. Our dedicated PM is excellent at managing product roadmaps, project backlogs, and QA processes, always seeking ways to improve and enhance efficiency. The entire team collaborates effectively and proactively meets our requirements and needs.

Our current performance and processes are excellent. If we need to improve, we usually handle it collaboratively.

I'm the Founder/CEO of an early-stage sustainability-oriented software company.

For what projects/services did your company hire pubGENIUS, and what were your goals?

We had an idea for a potential pivot and wanted to build out an MVP as quickly and as well as possible. The MVP was for a Chrome Extension built in react.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our main deciding factors were communication and expertise in the specific software we were using. This team's profile stressed their expertise in building Chrome Extensions and communication, so it was a perfect fit! On top of that, they had the added bonus of having expertise in advertising, which is something we were interested in understanding. They were incredibly responsive, well-spoken, and very professional.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope consisted of building out and polishing the front-end of a Chrome Extension using a design we laid out. The team even went above and beyond and added cute animations to the Chrome Extension's moving parts.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with one team-member (Kevin, the lead) but I believe he was working with others in the background. I appreciated the simplicity of having only one point of contact.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we're still in the MVP stage, we don't have a lot of meaningful measures of outcome. But I will say that this has enabled us to validate that the extension has actually worked in the way we intended and we have now decided to commit to this as our pivot!

The team was very clear in communicating how they would manage the project and upheld that standard. They let me know exactly when they would start working and would update me each day to share progress, clarify questions that came up, and explain decision-making trade-offs if there were considerations to be had. I also appreciated their willingness to jump on a call if the situation called for it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was really impressed with their timeliness and communication skill set. It made me feel peace of mind to know that we were in good hands and that we were making progress and decisions that made sense.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I honestly can't think of anything. I would absolutely work with them again!

The software works and functions to spec

Very responsive. Kevin's team provides a high level of service, responding in near real-time and turning deliverables around in a matter of days, and sometimes the same day. We established a Slack channel for communication and maintain integrated with PubGenius there for ease of access.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Responsiveness, ability to quickly understand the solution and scope of the work. Accuracy in meeting deadlines. Willingness to go the extra mile to build an ongoing client relationship.
