What challenge were you trying to address with Prosper Digital TV?

We hired Prosper Digital TV to work on the production of our events. For context, we engaged them during the COVID-19 pandemic, and our internal support team was busy. We engaged Prosper Digital TV on the off-chance that we’d need additional support. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had to do a global event, and Prosper Digital TV helped us with the virtual and in-person productions of that event’s sessions. The event was a global conference, and they handled the livestreaming requirements. They were in charge of texts, microphones for the panelists, and everything else that went into events. The team then broadcast the event on our internal video platform. 

At present, Prosper Digital TV is our go-to external production company for streaming live events for our team.

We found Prosper Digital TV via a recommendation that came to my boss.

The engagement started in April 2022, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Prosper Digital TV has successfully supported around 25 livestreaming sessions in one week. The viewership has been over 20,000 employees, and the team has done a good job. They’ve over-delivered on our expectations. 

Overall, they come in, understand our concept, and deliver so I don’t have to manage them throughout the day. I can be somewhere else and the work will still be done with high quality. This has been important to me. We’ve never had any problems with their work, and we have a great relationship since I don’t have to worry that something will go wrong. 

How did Prosper Digital TV perform from a project management standpoint?

Prosper Digital TV’s project management has been top-notch, and their teammates are all amazing. They see that we have a need, and they’ve made everything simple—it’s a stress relief to work with them. Moreover, they’ve always been quick on their feet, and I’ve never had any issues with them being late. If they have to deliver a recording tomorrow, they’ll give it to me today. 

If something needs troubleshooting, they don’t come to me with the problem; they come to me with the solution to confirm that I’m comfortable with it. On top of that, the cost of their services has been truly reasonable compared to their competitors. Overall, we’ve had an easy relationship. We use phone and email to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I don’t have to micromanage them, which is essential because I don’t have the bandwidth to work with a group that needs micromanagement. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

Communicate your needs clearly. Apart from that, tell Prosper Digital TV any boundaries or hiccups they might face in advance so they can come up with the proper solution and quote for you.

I'm the managing director of the Berenstein Center for Leadership and Ethics at Columbia Business School.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Prosper Digital TV?

We launched a huge campaign at the school to celebrate an important milestone event for our black community members. We were celebrating two important milestones: the 100th anniversary of the first black matriculated student at Columbia Business School and the 50th anniversary of our Black Business Student Association. Both important anniversaries happened during the same year. As part of this campaign, we hired Prosper Digital TV to handle all of our video needs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Prosper Digital TV produced four videos for us to use as part of our milestone event campaign. We only had three months to turn this project around; we hired them in September 2022, and the campaign was set to launch in January 2023, with a formal kick-off in February 2023. Therefore, Prosper Digital TV jumped right on top of our work together.

We had sit-down meetings with everyone involved to understand our needs regarding preproduction and what we wanted to achieve. From there, Prosper Digital TV helped us build out the vision for the videos. For these videos, we wanted to convey the stories of our alumni, current students, faculty leaders, and staff, but we had no clue how to go about that.

Therefore, Prosper Digital TV took the reins and helped guide the process step by step. This included developing storyboards, defining the videos we wanted to create, and selecting the alumni and current students we wanted to invite to participate in the shoot.

The team also helped us create the shooting schedule and the postproduction schedule to align with the bigger event on which we would air and showcase the video. Their work also required a lot of video editing on the backend throughout our engagement.

Prosper Digital TV also needed to include a lot of B-roll footage in the videos, which included old photos, videos, and our logo. They also had to incorporate a recording of our oldest alumna. We had to get a digitalized recording from the 1990s of one of her interviews. In addition to these videos, the team also shot, edited, produced, and live-streamed our first kick-off event.

What is the team composition?

I feel like, at one point, we worked with Prosper Digital TV's entire team. During the shooting, they brought many teammates, including a director of sound, a director in the room, some makeup artists, an editor, and a project manager. At one point, we had around 15 teammates on site. Moreover, during the live event, they brought a team of four members.

How did you come to work with Prosper Digital TV?

We found them through a student referral. As part of this campaign, we wanted to work with minority-owned businesses, so we launched an RFP, and one of our students informed us that there was an amazing video production firm that could help us. Therefore, they connected us with Prosper Digital TV.

How much have you invested with them?

We also worked with a PR firm on this project. In total, we spent around $300,000, but I don't know how much went to the PR firm and how much went to Prosper Digital TV.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on this project from September 2022–January 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Currently, we have an evergreen campaign for the videos that Prosper Digital TV created. These videos are part of a library so that everyone can see them on our website. These videos were crucial to kick off all of our key events and were used as promotional material to get more attendees to our events.

The videos were also published and heavily featured across LinkedIn, Instagram, and all of our other channels. On top of that, our alumni and students were very excited to see their fellow students and alumni on screen and hear their stories.

Videos were viewed by over 1500 attendees across our 5 marquee events, and then the videos have garnered close to 1220 views since then.  They were also heavily featured across all of our social media platforms

How did Prosper Digital TV perform from a project management standpoint?

Prosper Digital TV was very efficient and quick to process to get all of our ducks in a row. They took a year-and-a-half-long campaign and broke it down into segmented parts. Then, they were really upfront and took a lot of the strategy, vision, and execution right into their hands to help us create these videos in a very short timeframe.

Overall, Prosper Digital TV's project management was excellent. Project management was one of the most intensive parts of our engagement, as we had to move quickly and decide upon things. The team was very good at outlining what we could and couldn't do within our budget.

Additionally, Prosper Digital TV was very good with on-the-fly requests, as there were things that we wanted to get done that we didn't even know about in the first place. Whenever we had a new request, the team would get right back to us with budgets and numbers. Moreover, they were very clear communicators and really felt like a partner. We communicated via phone calls and emails.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I’d love to shout out Joanes for her tireless work on our 100/50 campaign.  She was an exceptional professional who brought our vision to life and then some in a very short period of time.  It was such a pleasure working with her!

What did you find most impressive about them?

Prosper Digital TV's personal attention to our project was impressive. It felt like they were in the trenches with us and were really passionate and excited about our work. This approach really helped build trust in our project together.

Moreover, Prosper Digital TV has the unique ability to feel like a full-scale production company, although they're very small and intimate. Thanks to this, they treat clients as part of their team. Overall, they're a small but mighty team that provides great quality.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing Prosper Digital TV could improve on. They were very thorough and effective, and we really liked them.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

We would have liked to have more time and budget, but Prosper Digital TV was still able to work with us through a crazy situation. To get the most out of the engagement, be clear on your goals and objectives, work within a defined budget, and be open to any extra services they can provide. Work with them within their vision and really make it work. Overall, they're excellent.

I’m the executive director of marketing and communication of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) of a public school system.

What challenge were you trying to address with Prosper Digital TV?

Ours is a large school system with an annual employee conference for professional development and learning. Before, we hadn't had a way to document our participants’ experiences. We hired Prosper Digital TV to professionally record keynote messages so that we could have access to short- and long-form content months after the conference. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Prosper Digital TV documented our annual employee conference and created short- and long-form videos. They also created a promotional video for the conference that served two purposes: first, as a reminder of the participants' incredible day. Secondly, the video could encourage our teammates to register and participate next year. 

Initially, we had an exploratory conversation with Prosper Digital TV about who we are and our goals. The team was already engaged in business with other public agencies, so we didn’t need to provide much documentation. Our requirements for Prosper Digital TV indicated not making the videos like a dry corporate production but engaging, upbeat, encouraging, and attractive. 

They presented a first draft of the videos, and we provided feedback for a couple of edits. Prosper Digital TV handled musicalization and graphics packages for the videos. Prosper Digital TV also provided us with still photography. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with 4–5 teammates from Prosper Digital TV. Jason (Digital Account Executive) was our first point of contact, Nicole (Producer & Production Manager) was our on-site producer, and we also worked with Joanes (CEO & Creative Director). 

How did you come to work with Prosper Digital TV?

In the summer of 2022, we interviewed about 60 companies we found in a directory of minority and women-owned businesses that offered photography and videography services. From there, we narrowed our search down to a handful of options. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in June 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Prosper Digital TV did a great job capturing the conference and with the editing and music selection. Their added music and graphics made us get excited about the project. The entire Prosper Digital TV team was available, flexible, creative, and in tune with my goals, and the product they delivered reflected that.

How did Prosper Digital TV perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time and within the budget. Prosper Digital TV was professional. They created a great working plan for us, so we were very clear about what would happen before, during, and after the event and the final deliverables. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Joanes runs a smart company with brilliant teammates who know what they’re doing. We found no gaps in Prosper Digital TV’s customer service or communication.

There’s nothing they need to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be honest with Prosper Digital TV about your entire vision, and then let them think about how best to approach it to deliver on your requirements. Don’t try to think within their creative and production spaces; just be clear about what the final project should look like.

I’m the division coordinator of the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development. We provide vital resources to our community by funding nonprofit organizations across the city so they can provide social services, afterschool programs, and other initiatives in our local area.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenges were you trying to address with Prosper Digital TV?

We wanted to launch an anti-gun violence campaign to stop gun violence in our area. Part of the mission was to uplift our programs, existing network, community-based organizations, and all the young people in our city to get them involved. Consequently, we needed help with storytelling for the campaign to convey how our department would keep young people safe, create safe spaces, and stop the violence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Prosper Digital TV provided video production services for us. They had three main tasks, which they addressed by helping us shape our vision and the values we wanted to represent. In addition, due to our tight deadlines, they quickly dispersed 2–3 teams to record, capture, and edit the material. Moreover, they onboarded groups that went into different locations across the city, like Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx, to highlight the people involved in the campaign to tell the story of what they were doing to activate their communities.

In addition, Prosper Digital TV’s work included providing the filming crew, editing the material, creating questions for the interview script, and managing the camera direction. Besides that, they incorporated the additional assets of our portfolio that we provided them, took care of the sound design, and created a folder to give us all the raw footage they collected so we could use it in the future for different projects.

Regarding deliverables, they gave us a 30-second-long promo reel, a 90-second-long piece that showcased and described the importance of the campaign, and a five-minute-long video that was a mini-documental of before and after the anti-gun violence program. Additionally, Prosper Digital TV’s team enhanced the final products after the project to ensure the quality of the videos.

We worked with around members of their team, including Prosper, Malaika, Ben, Jeremy, and around 10–12 film crew members.

How did you come to work with Prosper Digital TV?

Due to government processes, we put out an RFT and Prosper Digital TV responded to it with a proposal that included what they could do, a budget, and how they could support us in telling the story we wanted to share. We had other potential providers, but Prosper Digital TV’s bid was the best, and they seemed to understand our goals.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $70,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from May–June 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Even though Prosper Digital TV came on board relatively late in the project, they were able to deliver fantastic work in a very tight time frame and within our entire management team’s protocols. Their team took care of this infusing their creative direction, effort, energy, and ability to understand our guidelines and requirements. We were also blown away by the footage’s high quality, the excellent sound design, and Prosper Digital TV’s ability to piece together a heartwarming story with a positive message.

Regarding the release of the material Prosper Digital TV delivered, we posted and shared the videos on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, our presentations with potential partners and providers, and our community-based organizations.

Moreover, their work was instrumental in helping us tell our story successfully by providing us with valuable assets that convey our work as an organization. People gave us positive feedback and were willing to activate and join our effort. In addition, the videos helped us draw over a thousand pledges for our anti-gun violence campaign.

How did Prosper Digital TV perform from a project management standpoint?

Prosper Digital TV delivered the work on time to meet our crazy deadlines, leading an available, communicative, team-oriented, open approach. They listened to our feedback and had the expertise to understand how to navigate the project and tell our story.

Regarding tools and communication, we used emails, Zoom, phone calls, and text messages depending on the task and the teammate we wanted to reach. Prosper Digital TV’s team ensured everyone was on the same page, provided constant follow-up, and managed our expectations well. In addition, they collaborated with us in reviewing the content to select what was useful, what wasn’t, and what we liked more — their team listened to our voice and incorporated our ideas.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The amount of passion that Prosper Digital TV put into our project is what distinguished them from other providers. They took the challenge and were committed to telling our story as if it was their own, which was exciting because it led to an amazing result. 

Additionally, Prosper Digital TV’s communication was key to the engagement of the success because they could let us know what they needed to achieve the project’s goals by a very tight deadline.

I didn’t think there was anything they could improve on. They had the creativity and ability to showcase our story.

I’m the grants and special projects manager at a medium-to-large-sized social service organization serving New York communities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Prosper Digital TV?

We have an annual gala fundraising event, and every year, we produce a video that centers around the person we’re honoring and the work we do. So we were looking for a video production company that could help us create this year’s video.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Prosper Digital TV helped us prepare, plan, film, and produce a four-minute video for our 2022 gala. Their work also included providing their own filming equipment and studios, as well as handling the audio mixing, editing, and overall postproduction.

What is the team composition?

I worked with 5–6 people from Prosper Digital TV throughout our engagement. Joanes (CEO & Creative Director) was our main point of contact during the preproduction stage. He then brought a director of photography, who was also an editor, and a dedicated sound engineer into the project.

How did you come to work with Prosper Digital TV?

The executive director of my organization got Prosper Digital TV’s information from the DYCD, a New York City government department. Still, we interviewed a handful of other potential partners and ultimately chose Prosper Digital TV.

How much have you invested with them?

The video cost $36,000. However, one of our funders donates the cost of the video every year, so we only paid around $5,000 for other production costs and things outside the original scope.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working around April 2022, and they delivered the video in June 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Prosper Digital TV was truly a full-service company, bringing a lot of resources into the project and dedicating time to it. The quality of the video they produced exceeded our expectations, and everyone from our organization was impressed with the result.

The video was posted on our YouTube channel and presented at our 500-guest gala. However, it hasn’t been widely shared until making a change needed, so it only has achieved around 51 views so far.

How did Prosper Digital TV perform from a project management standpoint?

Prosper Digital TV was great at staying within budget. They also provided us with a few extra services, such as transcription, and didn’t charge us for that. Additionally, they met our very tight deadlines, which we really appreciated. We used Monday.com to track the different tasks and Google Drive to share documents, collateral, photos, and other media assets. We also communicated via email and video conference.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Prosper Digital TV was very professional and helpful. In past years, my company ended up doing a lot more work than expected in producing the videos when working with other companies. However, Prosper Digital TV did a lot of things themselves that we didn’t have the time to do, which helped us a lot.

A lot of these videos can be very corporate, but Prosper Digital TV was very dedicated to telling the story and building a narrative to produce a high-quality video. Comparing it to past videos, the one they produced was much more approachable, which was a great outcome.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Prosper Digital TV wasn’t very familiar with the content we included in the video. Thus, I ended up having to double-check if they had matched the highlighted individuals with their respective information, and I explained multiple times various things to get the results I wanted. However, it would be unfair to expect a video production company to have detailed knowledge of New York’s political players.

Additionally, it would have been great if we got more support from their team during the editing process. We helped them get to the point where they could tell the right story, and they did a lot for us as well. However, we would have liked more guidance on how to cut the video to the four-minute mark we wanted to achieve because I ended up doing a lot of the work, going second by second to cut down the length.

Still, Prosper Digital TV was very receptive and willing to make the changes we asked for, and they were very appreciative of my very specific communication to get what I wanted. Although we would have liked a more creative direction, we happily collaborated on the project without feeling like we were doing their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I definitely recommend Prosper Digital TV to other nonprofit organizations looking to produce a very compelling video for their fundraising; they’re great to work with. However, be aware that they’re not economical; if we didn’t have a funder willing to cover their cost, I don’t think we would have been able to engage them.

To make the most out of your engagement, ensure that you communicate what you’re looking for and the story you want them to tell. Additionally, be very specific about what you don’t like so that you can steer the project in the right direction.

The Administration for Children's Services provides child protective, prevention and foster care, as well as juvenile justice services to New York City. As the Director of Video Services I support this work with videos for training staff, promoting improved policies and practices, public service announcements, etc.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Prosper Digital TV, and what were your goals?

Prosper edited a video about our new Family Enrichment Centers. Our goal was to create a short piece that would attract members of the communities served by the FEC to participate in them.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Prosper has a track record producing for both corporations as well as government and non-profits, so they have experience dealing with the complexity of approvals and payment from government agencies. Prosper has the sensibility we require in our interactions with families and staff.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

While Prosper has done some shooting for us, in this case they edited previously shot interviews and a lot of photos. As a video producer specializing in child welfare, I provided a detailed script and directed the edit with Prosper supervising the editor and interpreting my needs to her when we didn't all meet over Zoom.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video has been received very positively by all involved. It sits on the ACS website devoted to sharing information about our Family Enrichment Centers and we expect it to interest more community members in participating, as well as building support within the NYC child welfare and political communities for this prevention model.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

On this project, all communication with the editor was made through Joanes, or in meetings with the three of us. They stayed on top of deadlines, produced estimates, and advocated for ways to support the editing. They take communication and meeting deadlines seriously, to their credit.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I like Prosper's blend of professionalism and personable style. Joanes' enthusiasm for the scope and quality of the services they provide instills confidence and excitement in the projects we've worked on together. I appreciate some of the suggestions he's made to the script. This and several other videos have been great quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I felt I had to push a bit harder than I have with other editors to bring out the "human" parts of the script, and to handle some technical issues (abrupt cuts, color correction, fixing distortion in the photos). Patience panned out on my part, and to be fair, on their part, since I posed challenges to them, such as replacing lots of photos that lacked consents. I also find that there are expenses in the invoices that should have been fully explained earlier.

We record the podcast and send them the audio to refine and process. Once they’ve uploaded the podcast, we’re responsible for marketing and promotion.

The quality of their work was fantastic. Our internal team really noticed how professional the videos were. Their work resonated well with our young audience, as well. Additionally, the event received high commendations from our superiors.

The Prosper Digital TV team performed exceptionally well with setting deadlines and following through. Furthermore, they were flexible and worked closely with us using Google Workspace. We also had a few meetings where we got to know each other.

I’m the VP of events and operations at an award-winning events management agency based in New York City. We handle all kinds of events worldwide, such as galas, conferences, seminars, and recently, virtual events. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Prosper Digital TV?

When the world shifted to digital due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we also had to pivot to the virtual space. However, a lot of people did not know how to produce events after lockdowns had been implemented all over the world. We work with a lot of nonprofit agencies and their events are usually fundraisers. As such, we wanted to encourage all our clients to continue to push and move forward despite the situation.

Shifting to the virtual space is not the easiest thing to do. People typically think that conducting events through Zoom is the way to go, since that’s what everyone is familiar with. Yet it’s impossible to produce high-quality virtual events and retain the in-person experience on Zoom. As such, we started exploring different virtual platforms. 

That said, we needed a production company to help us enhance and produce our virtual events. We needed a company that has the expertise and experience in virtual events production.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Prosper Digital produced our shows, ran our live shows, and prepared our third-party integrations on Zoom and other platforms. Pre-event, I would work with them to be able to produce graphics like on-scene motion graphics. They would also assist with our background and ensure that the logo was on screen. 

Prosper Digital also helped us in managing rehearsals and guiding speakers on how they would enter during the event. They gave roles and instructions should participants encounter difficulties while streaming. 

Aside from on-site production, there was also a time when Prosper Digital had to actually physically go on location and record someone to produce a packaged video. We had also done prerecorded events, and they packaged the entire function and provided assistance during pre-recording. 

Prior to production, we always provided a scope of work that needed to be signed off — that served as our contract. 

What is the team composition?

The number of people that worked with us varied depending on the project, and it can be anywhere from 5–30 resources. For example, we had an event attended by 4,000 people, so we had 30 tech team members, a switcher, and an executive producer. 

How did you come to work with Prosper Digital TV?

We knew Prosper Digital’s CEO, and actually before the pandemic occurred we were already looking for ways to work together. We had a few pitches with them but nothing materialized. However, our pivot to the digital space allowed us to finally work with Prosper Digital.

We have spent about $250,000.

Our engagement lasted from May 2020–May 2021.

Prosper Digital’s production work was high-quality, and so we’ve had returning clients. Our clients were impressed by their event management and production. 

How did Prosper Digital TV perform from a project management standpoint?

Prosper Digital was great and wonderful in project management. Throughout the process, we developed different workflows and got better every time we executed because we learned from lessons from previous events. 

Our schedules are already conflicting and we can no longer do events for this year. However, Prosper Digital is now my standard for a production company moving forward. They raised the bar, and I now know what to expect from a production team, how I want them to work, and what our scope should be based on my great relationship with Propser Digital. 

We usually communicate through email, phone calls, and text messages. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part about working with Prosper Digital was their creativity. They could take my vision and make it happen in such a way that it would exceed my expectations. They went above and beyond trying to bring my vision to life. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are lessons to be learned from every event. However, I don’t think that there’s anything Prosper Digital can improve. If we encountered issues during events, we met about it and it never happened again. Their reaction to any feedback I gave them was always prompt and proper, and they made sure to address anything that might be a concern to me or a client. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You got to know and be able to articulate what you want. If you don’t have a vision, Prosper Digital can help you. However, if you’re working directly with a client, you wouldn’t want the vendor responsible for the event’s vision. Have a vision and allow Prosper Digital to build and execute on that.

I’m the owner of Younger Than Last Year, a lifestyle company that’s dedicated to motivating people averaging 50–60 years old to stay in shape. My company is based on seven health foundations: mindset, breathing, recovery, fuel, mobility, strength, and passion — all of these combined are meant to bring freshness into our consumers' lives.

Prosper Digital TV assisted me in the conceptualization phase to help me clarify my project goals and sort out what we needed to execute those. We prioritized the seven foundations of my company, writing scripts and finalizing my branding mainly based on those.

The next step of the project was bringing in more people to help us develop the final product. My garage was repurposed as the studio where the videos are shot. 

Through the years, Prosper Digital TV has helped me boost my online presence. They continue to produce materials that help me sell my products and market my business to the public.

What is the team composition?

It was originally just Joanes (CEO & Creative Director) and I working together at the beginning. As his company expanded, he brought in more people to help us in this project. I now work with Keith (Organizer), Dalton (Music Supervisor), and an editor.

I met Joanes in 2013 when I just had the idea of putting up my business but didn’t know how to operate and market it yet. We met again and I relayed what I wanted for my business and what videos I needed to introduce it to the public — he quickly understood this and helped me grow my company into what it is today.

How did Prosper Digital TV perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate via Slack. Prosper Digital TV has top-notch collaboration and project management skills. They’ve been great at meeting deadlines and coordinating with me to ensure that they hit the mark in terms of the post-production and editing phases. We have a give-and-take project management approach that’s been remarkably helpful, especially when it comes to making adjustments.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Prosper Digital TV works accordingly to implement my ideas — they’ve always considered my limitations and requirements without compromising the end products. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s really nothing major to improve on, but it will greatly help if they can accomplish tasks faster to help my business catch up more quickly in today’s challenging marketplace.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Determine what you want them to develop for you — come prepared with your ideas, goals, and preferred timelines. It takes time for agencies to understand what their client wants if expectations are not clearly set prior to the implementation stage, and it may also cost you more if deadlines are extended due to this matter.
