I personally found Magento to be a bit rigid and it doesn't have a great back-end. I would personally prefer shopify.

They were recommended by my one of business friends. We called the agency and asked them to create an online presence for our company. The owner described the web and app development process to stakeholders in terms they could understand.

They designed and developed our website and a mobile app. They performed backend development on both platforms. The website was developed in Magento 2 with a Laravel backend, and they created native app platforms in Android and iOS. The finished product enabled us to organize customer orders from both the site and the app. 

What was the team composition?

I interface with Jwalit (Founder & CEO, Prospect Infoway), one of a few project managers, who has taken the lead on this project. He delegates work to his own team of developers. I believe they have outside partners they use to source information regarding backend technological services.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business? 

We were satisfied with their products and services. Their research and development approach differentiates them from other firms. The team’s work ethic, which included minimal downtime, demonstrated their diligence and expertise. They knew which platforms to choose and how to map data accordingly. As a result, they resolved the recurrent system crashes. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I’m happy with their work; they are the best developers that I’ve used. The team was flexible with our schedule and responsive on Whatsapp and Skype. They were always prompt for scheduled meetings, which minimized coordination difficulties. There were some delays over email, but that was mostly due to the workload. Overall, the team was well-organized. They stored information on Google Docs and SkyDrive. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are punctual and efficient, and they follow-through with their promises. They did a great job executing our vision by communicating well and setting realistic workflow expectations. I look forward to having a long-term relationship with them.

They will need additional personnel as their business grows in order to maintain currents levels of service. I’ve already referred them for a few projects, and I’m confident that they’ll perform well.
